These candles are gorgeous! They are plastic, but look like glass. I have them on my window sills. It works very well for me because I have a 2 year old grandson, and if the messes with them I don't have to worry about him getting hurt. Even my hard to please husband thinks they look amazing! The remote works perfectly at a far distance as well. Get these! You won't be sorry!

These are very attractive flameless candles. They have a remote control that you can set a timer for how long to leave them on. This helps save battery life. They do not come with batteries and each candle takes 2 double A batteries each, but the reasonable price made up for me supplying my own.

I had to use durable tape on the underside of all three candles to ensure the bases stayed firmly closed and the batteries maintained contact. This is a failure of tolerance testing by the manufacturer. While it is a functional fix, requiring tape on a new, premium product is disappointing and detracts from the overall quality score. FINAL THOUGHTS: Worth the Minor Modification If you plan on using standard disposable alkaline AA batteries, you can safely consider these a 5-star product. The beauty and functionality are top-tier. However, if you, like me, prefer rechargeables, be aware of the necessary modification. Even with the minor taping required, the resulting premium aesthetic is worth the small effort. These candles are beautiful! The clear glass allows for a realistic-looking “flame.” Battery installation was easy, but since batteries are not included be sure you have 10 AA batteries of the everyday variety available. The remote has operated flawlessly from the first light up seven days ago. Since that time they have been “burning” an average of 12 hours/day. So pleased with them I ordered a second set.

Love these candles. No worry about catching anything on fire. The remote controls come in handy. Still haven't set up the automatic on/off yet but it seems like a cool feature. They are still new to me so I don't know how long the 2 AA batteries will last.

Absolutely stunning and 5 candles these are a steal. You won’t be disappointed. The tint around the candle makes them look even better. The flame piece looks real and you can adjust the brightness and even pick the flame if you want a steady flame or flickering. They function just as it said. Plus you getting different sizes. 10/10.
