These are pretty good. I do feel them having a good effect on my hair and nails. They taste good. My one drawback for now, as these are new to me, is that I noticed they begin with a texture they don’t end up with after a couple of weeks. They became a little more stale and gritty even though I keep them in a dark more temp controlled environment. Not sure why the texture changes. I’m going to stick with these for now.

Pros: Tasty little treat. No added sugar, it is flavored with strawberry juice! Who knows if it actually works? But my doc wanted me on a collagen supplement so here I am.Cons: First bottle was a learning experience. The gummies got kind of glued together and even with my small hands, it was a battle to get them out of the bottle. Bottle #2 got opened and dumped into a wide-mouth jar and WHOA game changer! Highly recommend this trick to others.
