Slowly growing
Started 6 months ago and its growing very very slowly but i do notice its spreading. Recently I noticed one sprout is beginning to get longer. Not sure how this grows or even how long it takes, but so far so good.

Buyer Beware! No seeds germinated!
I tried to contact seller but was unable to reach them. Not a single one of the seeds germinated. I wanted to speak with him/her and asked if this was a common problem with their seeds. I have planted wisteria from seed many times before and they did quite well. Disappointed. I came back to this page and read the reviews (which I should have done from the beginning) and then I would not have purchased. I did by Jacaranda from them and they have all sprouted.

So far, so good.
They grew last year, but so far they are only about 6β tall. The proof will be how well they do next year.

SEED STRUGGLE: WISTERIA GERMINATION FAILURE π±πβ οΈ [ββββ οΈβ οΈ]
Jay Fray delivering the disappointing truth about these Japanese Wisteria Floribunda Purple seeds that failed to germinate despite following provided instructions. Purchased this 10-piece seed pack expecting reasonable germination rates for establishing wisteria vines in the garden. The instructions provided clear guidance on scarification, stratification, and planting procedures appropriate for wisteria seed propagation. Following the instructions carefully without achieving any sprouting suggests either poor seed viability from improper storage, old seed stock that lost germination potential, or seeds that werenβt properly collected or processed after harvest. Wisteria seeds do require specific treatment including scarification to penetrate the hard seed coat and cold stratification to break dormancy. However, even with proper technique, poor quality seeds simply wonβt germinate regardless of correct procedures. The complete germination failure across all 10 seeds indicates systematic problems with seed quality rather than user error, especially when instructions were followed precisely. Some germination failure is normal, but zero success suggests the seeds were not viable when sold. Seed purchases represent a gamble since viability cannot be verified until after planting and waiting through the germination period. This makes returns or refunds difficult since the failure only becomes apparent weeks or months after purchase. For gardeners seeking wisteria establishment, purchasing containerized plants from reputable nurseries provides more reliable results than seeds with questionable viability. Jay Fray verdict: Disappointing seed purchase that delivered non-viable wisteria seeds despite clear instructions and proper planting procedures. The complete germination failure suggests fundamental seed quality problems rather than technique issues.ββββββββββββββββ

All my seeds sprouted
All me seeds sprouted withing about 2 weeks. They grew pretty fast but it is a fast growing plant. My goal it to make bonsai out of them so we will see if they survive the cold of northeast ohio. If this experiment fails, i will buy them again.

Waste! None sprouted!!!
If I could leave zero stars I would. Soaked seeds. Tried planting them. Nothing sprouted. Waste of money and time. I would NOT recommend to buy.

Wisteria seeds
None of the wisteria seeds really thrived it took a while for them to grow but they didnβt grow very well. I tried to do what I could to keep them alive but they didnβt do much.so I would not recommend them.
