I’ve been using these in my wound care now for nearly a month. The sticks are flexible as needed but don’t break. These cotton-tipped wood applicators have become a staple in our first aid kit. For cleaning my cats ears. Exactly like the kind that the vet has. They gave me a few extras one time when I had a cat that had continual ear infections for nine months. I tried everything and she had cultures done and several rounds of antibiotics to no avail. Then her Holistic acupuncturist (severe arthritis ) told me about Xymox which they sell on Amazon. A couple of doses of that and it was gone! Anyhow it's good to check them and keep them clean. One of my cats now has an allergy to chicken and so he was getting gun in his ears which does happen when they have allergies and a lot of itching until you get it figured out. Although this was way more than I needed you can't just buy a few of something like this. They are cotton and not a synthetic material and in sterile packaging. Exactly what I wanted!

I use these for many different medical things at home because they are packed sterile. Applying antibiotic ointment to an area, cleaning the dogs ears gently and so on. The longer applicator makes it easy to handle.

As described, good quality product. The cotton tips are compact and tight without any stray strands. Wooden sticks not plastic, better for the environment. I use these for post-operation wound treatment - for applying antispectic cream & scar treatment creams. Perfect for my needs.

Outer box was squashed but internal items were all in good condition and sealed.
