Great for keeping injections cold on long trips
Perfect size. Worked great for a 28 hour trip (flights/layovers). No problem going through TSA

Very Helpful for Long Travel!
This product is really helpful. I used it during a long trip—more than 24 hours of flying—and when I arrived, I checked it and everything inside was still cold. It worked exactly the way I needed it to. Definitely recommended.

Keeps cold very well
Worked OK kept everything cold very well, but it says you could fit three in there and I was only able to get two. I don’t know how on earth you would be able to get three.

Works well but has funny "flaw", seller not responsive
Just used this on a trip and it worked well. My meds stayed cool for many, many hours. I bought a little 2" diameter thermometer to place inside to ensure temp. The first day with the flight and then driving took 12 hours, and it was still about 38 degrees inside the cooler when I opened it. There were no airport security issues with it at all. See remainder of this review for more explicit instructions on positioning the biogel bottle for freezing. The biogel bottle that you freeze developed a bulge when frozen. I laid it flat as directed, and I chose to put the concave side down (and I froze it 3 different times to test the temperature regulation). Since my medication pen is very fat, I was afraid it might not fit with the bulge which formed on the concave side and/or that the bulging area might weaken over time. I contacted the seller through amazon to ask if the bulging was problematic, and they did not respond. I contacted them again 5 days later, and no response. Amazon then contacted us to see if we had gotten a response, and I guess contacted the seller who wrote a kind of glib response that the bulge did not weaken the product over time, and their protrusion was less than that of their competitors. Nonetheless, amazon contacted me to see if I wanted to exchange it or return it. I chose to exchange it for the same product. In their response, the seller also included a photo of what they meant by laying the bottle flat to freeze it (their photo attached). It shows the CONVEX side down, and so I used this position with the exchanged item's biogel bottle, and the bulging was indeed less pronounced, whether because of the positioning or because of the new biogel bottle's having more integrity. They added that the bottle should be SHAKEN before freezing.

Good Quality, fun Color.
I bought this to travel with my diabetes medicine. I took it as a carry on in my purse. I had no issues at all getting through TSA, they just double checked to make sure the pack was actually frozen and not liquid. I will say though, I traveled internationally and has a slight issue coming home. I had to explain to them what it was, and that it was TSA approved and I needed it to keep my medicine cool. I was then scolded and told "TSA doesn't work here". So just make sure this would work at international airports. But at the the US airports, no issues at all, and I have used it several times.

Perfect for medications while traveling that need to be cold
This product was purchased for my mother for her travels. She takes Ozempic and she needed something to keep her medication cold for her long vacations. She says this works perfectly. put it in the freezer before your trip and it lasts at least 8 to 10 hours. It takes a little longer for it to freeze however, once it is cold, it works perfectly. I recommend trying it out before you purchase to make sure that it works if not, you will have more medication by the time you get to your destination The material is sturdy enough, and the colors were fabulous.

Kept insulin cold
Kept my insulin, and my wax for my braces, cold for hours when I traveled across the country in the heat of summer. It was a breeze going through TSA with it. And it looks like a water bottle and fit easily into the side pocket of my backpack. Wasn’t heavy.
