A friend recommended them to me awhile ago when he was fitting the kitchen.You just slid3 them under the unit you want to lift and they are pumped up hand with a little inflating balloonThey have many uses, for example,if you’re levelling the washing machine I need to screw the feet down oryou levelling a fridge freezer,Fitting a door,Levelling a cupboard or table, like I said fitting kitchen units.These little air wedges will assist.It’s good, they come to little bag to get them all together in one place.However, One thing not guaranteed to be in the kit is the little tools plastic wedge tools that are shown in the picture in the advert. Some people report they have received those tools, Others say they haven’t.I messaged the supplier when they were missing from my kit four days ago but have yet to receive a reply.These air wedges are surprisingly strong, lifting up to 300 lb in weight and they are really useful.I have other plastic pry bars which are less likely to damage a car case or door so for me personally it’s not a big deal that they are missing, but other customers should be aware, that’s why four stars not five.I set up a large oak table with a load of stuff that is about to be tidied away, the wedge lifted it without a problem. Note that in these circumstances I had to pry the table up slightly to get the wedge under. In the wedges my friend has that was more difficult but these were easier as they seem to have a hard flat silicone board inside so they don’t crumple when you push them under.I hope the review is helpful if you are looking for some air wedges.

The pumps on the bags have broken with 1 pump and now they don’t blow up the bags, also there was no pry bars with this delivery

Working like a blood pressure cuff the strong pouch material can handle the pressure of the 300lb . The pump holds its own too including the valve .Only issues I would say is it’s not in my opinion designed as a shim you can work with as the material has a smooth finish to it and when pumped up has a curved shape the it . However I’ll be using flat shims to get the job done once in position .I assume the 300lb is for each wedge …. I think some instructions would be prudent too.At £19.99 at time of review I think it’s a reasonable value for money . It’s all dependent on how much usage you’d get out of them I suppose .I didn’t receive the red bars that appear in the product description either but I don’t think that I would be using them on this particular instance , probably ok for lightweight things but I’ll never know .

The actual bags of air that fill up are great perfect for the job but the little pump used to fill the bag is terrible all 3 of them broke on first day of use hanging light egg shell doors should have bought the rubber foot lifter for 12.50

The media could not be loaded. This is a good set for altering the heights of things for various reasons. I tried them on a door that needed re hanging and once I’d got the right angle then it worked great. It all seems thick strong material and are well made. The air release valve is next to the pump which is a push button and very easily used, the placement is good. This is a good set of inflatable lifters and for doing DIY around the home on your own for certain things is a lot easier than battling with the weight or using your foot. If my maths are right it takes over 20 stones in weight which is impressive.Pleased with these and they are very useful..
