This is nothing but a thin piece of cloth with 5 magnets in it that do absolutely nothing and it does nothing to support your back or heat up your neck or find any relief. It's getting to where you have to be careful ordering off at Amazon anymore because of all these third market place sellers and their descriptions are such lies compared to what they send you and Amazon has made it a pain in the butt to return stuff if you don't live right next to the drop off places or if you don't drive so we just end up getting ripped off. Ordering more and more stuff off of Amazon because of this I won't miss my money back please don't ignore the bad reviews like I did the AI ones are the good ones in most cases now

This is a must have, I was skeptical about this but it really works. It is body heat activated, sometimes it gets too hot, what is remarkable is after you take it off your neck still feels the heat for over an hour. Once you go home and shower, rub the towel across your neck and the area where the brace was heats up again. I love ❤️❤️❤️ it.

I didn’t feel any warmth, but my neck started to hurt-there were red marks on my neck where the magnets were located (had it on less than 10 minutes). Felt like burns. Put cold washcloth on and eventually pain and red marks went away.

The neck message doesn't heat up enough for good results. Waste of money.
