Schwarzkopf Glatt Chemical Hair Straightener -0 - Naturally very curly/frizzy hair

So for me, brilliant results. My hair is half Afro, half English Frizzy. I’ve previously used the Yuko, straightening system. But at around £400 a time, I definitely can’t afford that, so haven’t used a straightener for a long time, using just the No.1, previously, about 5 months ago, hence the very manic ‘before’ photo! I’ve tried both Glatt No.1 & 0, and the 0 is far superior at straightening hair. No.1 leaves a wavy curl, 0 makes it dead straight. I was very exact with the 20 min application time, and a further 20 mins leave in time. Possibly could have left slightly longer on one side, but overall very happy with the results, done in less than half the time of the Yuko treatment, and without having to iron your hair with straighteners in between. So in total it took about 1 hour 40 mins. I allowed it to mostly air dry, then straightening irons for about 20 mins. As you can see, once the curl/frizz is out, it adds about 8-10 inches of length.

I did not see when I bought this that it was for professional us only but I gave it a shot and it has been ok.

It's pandoras box, once you open it you cannot put back, when you use this product or similar, and you do it for years, when you stop doing it hair is dry and brittle, may even be thinner over the years, but what's worse is your hair gets addicted to the straight, and if it doesn't get the hit, it will end up curly mix wavy mix all over the place, and it will be impossible to style it properly unless you keep getting these hairs straightens every 4-6 months or so, so now I'm stuck with getting them for the rest of my life, I use it once every 6 months, have to admit the good news is they do work and may even last up to 6 months for just half a tube's use, but you can get it cheaper for under 9 quid just google it.

Avoid my hair is falling out and gone a horrible orange colour i was brown. Ends are snapping off Do not buy ruins your hair. Hair wirey and dull so upset
