Great male dog diapers!
These work great for my 15 year old toy poodle. He is well trained and only recently began having problems with holding it! These diapers work very well and are easy to put on. Also, they are reasonable. I strongly recommend these!

Great Product
These have been a game changer for us. I have a 15 yr old 5lb yorkie who started having kidney trouble last year. At first it just meant more frequent trips outside but it turned into him not being able to control his bladder some days. That's when I got these and they've made a big difference. The extra small size fits and stays on him well. There's only been one day he worked his way out of it and I'm pretty sure that's just because I put it on too loosely.

They work well enough but they do run a bit on the small side.
These diapers are pretty much identical to the same kind of fabric and filler you get when you buy diapers for babies and toddlers. Looks like they perform the same way, are similarly absorbent, and velcro closed the way a child's diaper does. The padding around the groin is decently thick, and the design is simple enough that it's easy to just wrap it and go. They seem like they're decently good quality as well. My one complaint, and I've seen it posted in a few other comments, is that the sizing is a bit off. We have a corgi, and while he's not a big dog, he's also not small. He's just a medium dog with short legs. We went with a medium sizing because his waistline is similar to the dogs listed on the sizing chart. It's PRETTY snug, however. I will say that it does fit, but just barely. I worry that the stretch may make him uncomfortable. At the very least it's snug enough to hopefully prevent any leaks. We're in a situation where we may or may not need anymore diapers; time will tell if our dog can fight the condition he's in and make it another few years. At least for now we have these handy, and if it looks like he's doing well enough to buy more, we'll definitely be sizing up. I think it's probably a good idea to size up if the sizes are marginally bigger or smaller, because you can always velcro over the extra fabric, but it's hard to stretch it to fit. Sadly I don't have the two sizes to compare currently. Good luck to all of you with a need for these. We all love our pooches.

Work great and have wet indicator
These work great! My dog is getting older and is not always letting me know when he needs out. These diapers are absorbent and easy to put on him. I have a 9lb yorkie. I appreciate the wet indicator strips (reminds me of when my kids were in diapers) that go from yellow to blue when wet. Will definitely reorder when I need more.

Surprisingly Reliable for My Small Pup
I’ve gone through a few brands of male dog wraps, and these Amazon Basics ones really impressed me. They’re super easy to put on, stay in place well, and most importantly — they don’t leak. My senior terrier has some incontinence issues, and these have been a lifesaver around the house. The fit is snug but not tight (he’s around 12 lbs), and the adhesive tabs hold up even overnight. I also like that the inner lining stays dry to the touch, so he doesn’t seem uncomfortable. We go through about one or two per day, and the 30-count box lasts a while for the price. Definitely recommend if you need a budget-friendly, effective option for smaller dogs.

Quality decline.
I’ve been using these for quite a while. The quality has noticeably declined over the past year. First it was a stiffer covering. Now the absorbent material on the inside wads up and separates. Combined with the price increase-thanks to someone’s tariffs- I will be changing brands.

Just what we needed
Our dog is 17 1/2 years old. Always been a well trained dog and never goes potty in the house. Over the past year he has started to develop incontinence. It's been getting worse over the last couple of months. A few months ago we started using pee pads which worked okay, but now it's to the point we needed to try the next step. So we looked into doggie diapers. We decided to try the Amazon Basics and so far they are working great! Our dog is 10 pounds with a 13" waist, so we ordered the S size. They fit perfectly and the Velcro make adjustments very simple and he doesn't seem to mind wearing them. They are easy to remove to let him outside, and if not wet yet easy to put back on. They have an easy to read wetness strip, which is a light yellow when dry and turns blue when wet. Will definitely be buying again.

Lifesaver for the carpet, but not without reinforcement.
I have a 10-month-old Cavapoo who’s used to apartment floors, not plush carpets. We spent a month at my mom’s house, and to my dog, her wall-to-wall carpet screamed “giant pee pad.” Enter these male dog wraps. The good: These things absorb like champs. No leaks, no smells. Seriously impressive. They saved my mom’s carpet and my sanity. The not-so-good: They just won’t stay on. My pup is active, and these wraps kept sliding off no matter how carefully I placed them. I ended up using a regular dog diaper over them to hold everything in place. Diaper layering isn’t ideal, but it worked. I’m genuinely grateful this product exists, but I wish there were a way to make them stay secure without turning them into a tourniquet. Some kind of gentler belly band support or suspenders system? Bottom line: Great absorbency, great price, but needs backup if your dog moves like mine. Still, I’m glad I found a solution during our extended visit. My mom’s carpet remains intact, and that’s a win.

I have been using these on my 45 pound English Springer Spaniel, who is 14.5 yrs old, and has problems holding his pee. I'm on about my fifth box now. The price jumped once I ordered my 3rd box I believe. Anyway, they work well, but are no substitute for getting your pet out to pee. They are just a safety, to catch drips, and one-or-two little pees. I was changing them every 2-3 hours, even though I let him out regularly. So was finding it getting expensive. So I found "disposable booster pads", which are a small pad you can add to this diaper. The ones I get are Jollywoods Dog Diaper Liners", here on Amazon. They are awesome. The hold the extra urine when needed. Then you just peel it off the diaper, and you can reuse the diaper much longer. I've been able to use the same diaper for a full day, with just changing the extra liners. Big cost savings. The diapers closure taping system works flawlessly. No problem with removing the diaper several times a day (to change the liner) and refastening the diaper on again. It does not wear out. Just make sure your pup's firehose is securely inside the diaper after he gets up, as sometimes they can wiggle out, and you'll have pee on the floor. We have a lifesaving Bissell pet vacuum for that too. Oh ya, and these diapers are for male dogs only. Female dogs require a female diaper. I learned that the hard way.

These work amazingly for our Senior dog when he has the occasional accident when we leave the house. He weighs 12lbs and they fit him perfectly and he doesn’t mind wearing them at all.
