My student used it for a dance routine that required floor work. It protected their knees and elbows as intended.

Just arrived. From what I can tell they look to be good quality. Tried on and they’re comfortable. I like the extra padding compared to basic knee and elbow pads that don’t have that, which is why I chose these. After ending up with 5 stitches in my knee on an electric scooter/bike I decided I’m not taking that chance again. Over 3 weeks of recovering and still healing. Pricing was also the most reasonable. Sizing is true to size.

Good quality pads had knee pads elbow pads and even wrist pads with metal for extra safety. They fit well and are reasonably comfortable.

These surely protect your knees, elbows and wrists however the wrist guards are not comfortable at all especially when riding a bike. They have these plastic rigid things that point out and get in the way when you try to grab something.Fortunately, you can take out this plastic rigid things however it still feels a little uncomfortable. I vouch for something more like gloves instead of these things.
