Because some reviewers complained about the brush count, I checked. The count matched what was advertised. I noticed that some reviewers complained that the brushes are too flimsy. But when the spaces between your teeth are small, you don't want some massive brush pushing back your gums from repeated use, much less causing bleeding. So yes, the brushes are small and therefore arguably weaker than larger sizes, but they do the job of getting between teeth at the gum line just perfectly. One could suggest that if they don't fit between your teeth then perhaps you don't need them; you already have great gum-to-tooth spacing.

Since the Gum brand proxy brushes were out of stock, I bought the Cowwell despite the fact that the reviews weren't that great. What a mistake -- they're are useless. Maybe worse than useless. Despite being labeled "wide", they're thinner than the Gum "thin". More importantly the bristles are sparse and the wire is weak. The bristles are so sparse that it didn't feel like they were cleaning at all. And the wire is so weak that they bent by the third or fourth tooth. Unless I got a particularly bad batch, I can't believe that any users rate this product as satisfactory. They're a total waste of money. BTW, I've been using various proxy brushes for a decade so I'm very familiar with the process and products. I usually don't write bad reviews because I don't like to criticize, but I'm compelled to post this because the product is so bad.

I've seen some poor reviews and I'm not sure what other's expectations were, but aside from the minor difference that these are NOT cone-shaped, they are no better or worse than the name brand replacements. And for a price you can't beat. They thankfully come sealed and in a closable container so storage is easy. Will definitely buy again.

These do a good job cleaning between teeth but in my case I wish they were a bit fatter for even better cleaning. They would be good for closely spaced teeth with minimal space.

They did not fit into the brush handle.

Everyone should be using these. So much better than just flossing. Can use repeatedly with rinsing just like a toothbrush. Get the interdental handle and then just insert these tiny brushes.

The wire that you poke into the holder is short and barely is held tight. The brush isn’t long enough and very flimsy. I would not recommend these. This is for the tight spaces.

J’utilise ces brossettes interdentaires Cowell tous les jours pour moi, avec des broches, et elles m’ont vraiment simplifié l’hygiène dentaire. Passer la soie dentaire autour des fils me prenait trop de temps et me décourageait, surtout avec une vie de maman où les soirées sont déjà chargées. Avec ces brossettes, je retire facilement la nourriture coincée entre les dents et l’appareil, en quelques minutes seulement, tout en gardant une bonne conscience écologique : ce n’est pas parfait, mais c’est plus responsable que les petits cure-dents en plastique à usage unique.​ La taille des brossettes passe bien entre les dents, elles sont assez douces pour ne pas blesser les gencives et la prise en main est pratique. La quantité pour le prix est intéressante, ce qui me permet de les utiliser quotidiennement sans culpabiliser. Après les repas, surtout le soir quand je suis fatiguée, je sens vraiment la différence : bouche plus propre, moins de nourriture coincée, et la routine est plus réaliste pour moi. Certaines brossettes peuvent se plier un peu trop facilement et il m’a fallu un petit temps d’adaptation pour trouver le bon angle avec les broches, mais maintenant c’est devenu un réflexe. Je leur donne 5 étoiles et je les recommande à tous ceux qui portent un appareil dentaire ou n’aiment pas la soie dentaire, mais veulent quand même un nettoyage efficace entre les dents.
