I bought a different brand from Amazon originally which became unstuck after 30mins. This tape has been in place now for 7 days even with showers and soaks in a bath. My physio recommended it and I watched videos on how to tape knees correctly. It did take me a couple of attempts to get the right lengths. I have stage 4 chondral disease in my left knee ( partial knee replacement pending) and osteoarthritis in both knees. I have tried numerous supports and knee braces but find they put too much pressure on my patella and increase pain. This tape provides a good level of support and worn with a patella support, enables me to continue my 5-8 mile walks per day. Inclines and declines are slightly less painful though I do still have to use walking poles. Also find it easier to do Pilates . The tape is comfortable and I haven't experienced any adverse reactions . I would highly recommend.

Excellent tape that doesn't come off in the shower. Also doesn't leave glue all over my feet, and the small amount it does leave comes off easily.

J'ai acheté ce produit pour la pratique du rugby afin de maintenir mon genou. Des nombreux produits similaires que j'ai pu essayer, celui-ci est de loin le meilleur du marché. En plus de la couleur élégante, mes bandes restent en place pendant 5 jours consécutifs. Le produit résiste très bien à l'eau et ne se décolle pas au fil des jours. La colle est de très bonne qualité et ne laisse aucune rougeur et n'a pas provoqué de réaction allergique ou de démangeaisons. Je recommande vivement pour le rapport qualité prix et la réception rapide.

I used this product for my lower back pain associated with my pregnancy. I have to admit that the back ache disappeared as soon as I put it on. It definitely worked wonders!
