I am giving 3 stars only because the quantity is very low. It's expensive, however, the taste is brilliant. I won't be purchasing this product again, only because of the amount. Overpriced. The container is enormous, and the quantity of product you receive is approximately 35% of the container's size. Essentially, you are purchasing a large amount of air and a plastic container.

I read that coconut oil helps reduce cravings and was suggested that I try MCT. I also wanted to lose a little weight so I have been using it along with Glucomannan fibre, which I was told makes you feel full. After one week I have noticed a considerable reduction in my cravings and have lost 2Ib. It definitely seems to work.

Couldn’t be without this. So good for stopping me snacking on rubbish. Curbs my appetite. I take 2 teaspoons in my coffee 3 times a day. Some mct oils are expensive but this is a good price granted it doesn’t contain only c8 which would be even better but the price makes up for this.
