Item was described as new but mine came with the shrink wrap completely torn at the front meaning you can pull out any book you want, read it and return it back into the case. Case is banged up also. Some sort of white powdery residue on the spines. Doesn’t look new at all. And it took like 3 weeks to dispatch even though it was advertised as in stock. Was supposed to be a Christmas gift and now I don’t know where to find a substitute.

Ordered on Dec 14 and arrived on Dec 31. It’s well-packaged and, most importantly, great value for money.

Was pleasantly surprised to get the latest 24 book collection (up to Hot Mess + the 5 other books), instead of the 21 books listed. Minor damage to the box set, but plastic wrap and the books themselves were undamaged.

I've got 22 books, the actual complete collection. It was nicely packaged in a box wrapped in plastic. My son started reading the series and wanted to keep going. Buying one by one can be really pricey. This is perfect if you're sure your children is going to read them all, you save some money and have them nicely organized in a box.
