It has a rich, slightly decadent flavor that genuinely curbs my cravings for actual candy bars. It’s sweet, but not artificially so. Excellent Protein Count: With 18g of protein and a solid 19g of carbs, this bar is perfectly balanced for that critical post-workout recovery window, or as a substantial meal replacement when traveling. Good Texture: It has a dense, slightly chewy center and is coated in a thin layer of real chocolate. Unlike some bars that are rock-hard or dry, this one is moist and easy to eat. Practical Use & Nutrition (The Cons): Not Low Calorie/Low Fat: At 255 calories and 12g of fat, this is on the higher end for a protein bar. If you are strictly cutting fat or calories, you'll need to account for it, but it's great for sustained energy or bulking. Sugar Content: The 12g of sugar is higher than some zero-sugar alternatives. While it helps with the delicious taste and provides quick post-workout energy, it might be a drawback for very low-carb diets. Melting Hazard: Because it has a real chocolate coating, be careful leaving it in a hot car or gym bag! Great sweet taste, slightly leaning more towards the rice Krispies chocolatey taste which I still think is great! Very filling btw and you'll definitely be hitting protein goals, just be careful if you have a very sensitive sweet tooth!

There was something wrong with these; really dark inside unlike they usually are. Had a funny chemically taste like almond or garlic. Avoid

Have been using these for a while and they make a great change from regular protein bars. They are basically the protein version of a rice crispy cake. Taste much better than most protein bars and are also filling after workouts. Would recomend them over many other bars .

These are so good and remind me of rice crispy treats but these are high protein and high fibre. I’ve tried the marshmallow and the brownie flavour but I always come back to the marshmallow. Highly recommended

Taste isn't very nice, consistency also like tile grout. Not nice at all... have tried other flavours and still taste like perfume. Personally not for me.

Perfect, saw the feel bad reviews but crossed my fingers and ordered anyway and they are perfect. Taste great and the coconut filling is lovely - and not yellow!!
