When I decided to resume my workout and focus on my fitness and general well being after a long break of 3 years (due to Covid shutdown, work,relocation, etc.) the first thing I wanted to buy was a good whey protein. I have tried a lot of whey proteins majorly imported ones in my past lives, however while researching I found that the price of whey protein has increased considerably (almost doubled! ) So now my focus turned towards Indian brands and I also wanted to try out unflavoured whey protein since I personally felt that the flavored ones are a bit too sweet for my taste which includes Indian brands like MB which I tried (except few like ON). That's when I heard about Avvatar brand from Parag milk foods which is a listed company and with good reputation. Ordered my first unflavoured whey protein (1kg) and was very much impressed by its quality - No lumps, no fillers, no sweeteners and the taste was very milk like! No bloatness or indigestion issues ever! So I ordered another one and since I was so sure about it's quality and effectiveness, this time I went for the 4kg bucket If you are looking for a reliable, trusted Indian brand whey with great quality go for this. The unflavored one is the best. Highly recommended

Highly mixable, no lumps, no bad burps and very good quality protein. I am using the unflavored one. Into workouts for decades, will definitely recommend. Money wise and quality wise.

Malai kulfi test is better than unflavoured.but so good .I recommend to all first you buy 1kg and then go for 4kg pack.i am using avvatar 2nd time and its very good to digest’s,and effective also.mixability also good , but price is to much even this is Indian brand.

I've been using avvatar raw whey for almost 4 months now. The switch came after trying various other brands available in the market. Beleive me I have zero regrets to say that I'm sticking to this whey protein now. Not only this whey protein is indigenous manufactured in India, but it's quality is world class. I can't digest raw whey concentrate but I have faced no issues in digestion with this whey. I've tried consuming it with both water and milk. Recently, I also decided to do quality check of this protein with muscleblaze pro check kit. And as clearly seen in the attached pictures, this protein passed with flying colours. MB also claimed that the quality of protein can also be checked by inverting the test tube after 24 hours and if the content sticks to the bottom it has good quality, the same can be seen in the picture. So rest assured, protein % and quality of the protein is not an issue too. Additionally you can verify your packet on avvatar's website for genuine product. Avvatar has done quite well in packaging as the bucket is quite sturdy and you get 4 individual packets with a seperate scoop in each packet. Weight of each packet is uniform too. You can definitely try this out and I hope that avvatar will keep the price competitive in future too.

First of all the flavour its amazing nothing more to say or write about it. The product quality is really good, it dissolves pretty much effortlessly but the packaging of the product is not upto the mark as expected i received the product with punctures in two of the packages out of four. And also it’s unnecessary to provide scoops with each packet in a 4 kg bucket. Most probably that caused the punctures. Please provide only one scoop with whatever kgs ordered.

Good product .like the taste and mix ability

As many others have opined, quality wise there's no issue. Mixes and digests really well. I have ordered the 1kg boxes for 3-4 times. It was not available this time so I ordered the 4kg one. Remember it's gross weight of 4 kg. Its not that the whole bucket is filled with whey like the 1 kg one does. It contains 4 separate plastic packets, presumably of 1kg each. Each packet contains one scoop each. When poured in the empty 1kg jar, there are around 2-3 servings less. So you are getting 6-8 scoops of serving less in the 4kg one than in the 1 kg one. The money saved by ordering 4 kg big pack is defeated this way.

I feel malai kulfi, caramel cream are better to my taste. This one feels like an ice cream some may enjoy very much similar to nitro tech or dymatize chocolate flavor. It’s too sweet and thick for my liking over other Avvatar flavors. It leaves a stickiness on your lips like you have consumed a desert with lot of sugar. There are 4 packs of 1kg each in the box. Each pack has a scoop. Plastic Quality of the box is top notch. Lot of YouTubers have put lab test report which explain the goodness of this product
