love the frying pan however it is quite heavy but that also makes it sit flat a sturdy on the stove with no moving around it cleans up well the deep sides makes it great for making larger amounts and stir fries and so far cooks well we are still a little new at using stainless steel so there is a learning curve (I am turning 70 and my husband is 73 so the weight of it is my only concern for someone younger than us you won't have a problem unless you have any injuries with limitations

A seriously great pan - it is big and deep and it has a lid. Since it is stainless steel, it is not exactly non-stick. But you can make it almost non-stick by heating it up, then adding your fat (butter, olive oil, etc.), then adding your meat and vegetables, which have been patted dry. Then continue making your dish. At the end, if there has been any sticking, this pan can be deglazed with wine or broth. And anyway, it washes up well and can be scrubbed if need be. It can go in the dishwasher too. This is also a beautiful pan - so shiny.
