Comfortable Neck Pillow
Definitely worth a try!! Comfortable memory foam pillow that's easy to travel with on long trips. I have travelled with a few neck pillows over the years. My most recent attempt was traveling to India with the new design from Trtl. If you don't know this neck pillow design, it's very similar to a neck brace. It also has hundreds of positive reviews. While the Trtl was fine, it didn't keep my head from falling forward. I had another trip planned for Japan shortly after and decided to try the Neck Donut. I liked that it could be rolled into a travel ball and advertised its surrounding head support. While long haul flights are not fun, I was comfortable for once with the Neck Donut around my head. It provided great neck support behind my head and kept my head from falling forward (which always wakes me up).The few cons I had: The pillow case is washable. I liked this, but figuring out how to get the memory foam back into the pillowcase is a challenge. When traveling, the size of the Neck Donut is about the size of a softball. It still takes up space wherever you store it (backpack, suitcase). I ended up using the draw string on the travel bag to tie it to my book bag handle.Overall, i would recommend this travel pillow. Both my parents bought one and travelled with it with great satisfaction.

It was a great help for a long fight
Traveled overnight for 12 hours. It goes all the way round and holds your head comfortably. Nice and soft, a good price. I am useless at sleeping on a plane and I have done lots of long flights up to 16 hours for one leg. This time I did get a few hours which was a big improvement. I would have give a five but the part where it Velcro’s together was a little bit in the way. Don’t hesitate great price and great product

Worth writing about
I’m not one to write reviews but I had to give some props to the neck donut. I was in need of a travel pillow for our upcoming trip and wanted to try something different than the usual u-shaped type travel pillow that you can buy at the airport. I’ll start by saying that the quality of the pillow cover material and the memory foam is top notch. Extra soft and comfortable. I’m a big guy so the obvious next step was to see if this thing would fit around my neck. At first it felt a little snug so I played around a bit with the velcro for a looser fit and once I tucked my face and chin inside the pillow it was the most comfortable. It supported the weight of my head like no other travel pillow I have used. You have to play around with it a bit and turn it until you find yourself a comfortable fit and always tuck your chin and face inside the pillow circumference. I actually watched the video in the Amazon store which was very helpful. Bottom line is I slept peacefully on our 7 hour flight. Wifey said I was snoring a little bit too lol. Definitely would recommend the neck donut to others, even had my nephew go out and buy one.

Chin up
This is my favorite travel pillow* of the ones I've tried. The main reason: the under-chin support. Let's be real, you're not gonna be reclining on an airplane. If you're gonna fall asleep, you'll probably be sitting straight up. I need something that stops my head from tipping forward. Is it the most comfortable thing in the world? No, don't be silly. It's a piece of foam you wrap awkwardly around your neck like any other travel pillow. Is it more comfortable than other travel pillows? For me, yes. It does what I want it to do - support my head in all directions. It's made of memory foam, so you can roll it up and but it back it the pouch which is nice. It returns to it's original shape after 5 minutes or so when you take it out.

Holds your head up nicely.
The overall design is good for holding your head up while sleeping and the cover does not cause perspiration.I found it difficult to pack away in the provided cover, once it was opened. There is a little black patch that covers the velcro, that is easy to loose when it is taken off. I used mine for each of the flights we were on, but my husband did not use his at all. He said it wasn't comfortable. It would be nice if it would deflat into a smaller, packable size.

Husband says this is one great pillow
My husband loves this thing and finds it provides far superior support vs the traditional u-shaped pillow. We have a long flight coming up and I think I’ll get one, too. He slept really well last time we traveled thanks to this wrap.

Somewhat uncomfortable
I purchased this pillow a year ago. I have used it on numerous trips since then. After my last few recent trips, I have decided that it is best to give up on using the pillow. The pillow is too big, too stiff, and very tight making it extremely uncomfortable. I get warm and begin to feel somewhat claustrophobic. Based on the style and design, I'm sure it will work for many people, it just doesn't work for me and I'm not going to use it any longer.

Mid
I don’t have a ton of neck pillows, but this one seemed just ok. I wish keep pillows had like a cooling gel because it got kind of stuffy. I think it’s compact and easy to put back in the pouch. It was easy to travel with though. I used this on 8 hour flight and maybe just became claustrophobic from the long haul. Will try again in the future.
