Great Keyboard for a Beginner!
Keyboard is exactly as advertised - arrived quickly - was a good value. I appreciate 88 keys and a great number of features on the keyboard. Haven’t played the piano in years and it’s perfect for this 74 year old man. I think it would be wonderful for a beginner - the price is right.

Decent sound
I have been enjoying playing Christmas songs on my new piano keyboard, an early Christmas gift from my husband. We gave away our real piano when we moved recently, but in reality I had not been playing it much and am pretty rusty. I mostly just play hymns and simple songs. The keys are semi-weighted and feel similar to a real piano, which is nice. There are well over 120 tones/instrument sounds that can be played on this piano. To be honest, some of them don’t actually sound to me too much like the instruments indicated, such as the trombone (which I also play) , but that’s okay with me. The piano and organ sounds are decent and those are the ones I’m particularly interested in. I’m looking forward to using it for singing carols when my family gets together over Christmas! The stand seems sturdy too. So far so good!

Great Piano
It is a great electric piano. The other voices, like guitar and brass, just sound like a different piano. Good value.

Great Keyboard
My kids love it. I bought it for my youngest. However, my oldest is the one who uses it the most. She quickly learned a few songs. It comes with everything you need except a stool. We are not musicians, so keep that in mind, but I cant think of any complaints.

Great keyboard for beginners and experienced players
It’s perfect for my small space and I like that it’s lightweight. I’m still learning all the functions but am enjoying playing it simply as a piano keyboard.

Happy Student
My 11 year old daughter got this 88 semi weighted keys keyboard for her birthday. She had a 66 keys one and needed an upgrade. We love all the extras that come with this keyboard. The pedal is new for her and she loves the sound. The headphones are a different unique style, they go over the ears. You could use just on one ear. She now has a bag to carry her keyboard places when she wants to play for others. The stand is sturdy and has good grip for the keyboard to stay still not sliding on it. She is really enjoying learning what all the extra features of her new keyboard!!

Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)
I am by no means a professional pianist, but I've been playing on and off again for about 40 years. I have had a piano, I have had a multitude of keyboards. But non of them have ever caused me to have such mixed feelings as this keyboard. First, the pros: It is *very* well built and does not look or feel cheap. Customer service is pretty good, and I even got a coupon for a free upgrade on the sustain pedal. The built-in speakers have a lot of volume to them. The rechargeable battery seems to last a good long time. It uses USB-C for charging and for interfacing with your PC with MIDI, though I haven't had a chance yet to try that out. Now, the cons: First, for the price point, this keyboard is not good. I was expecting something that sounded less like a $50 keyboard from the local toy store and more like a mid-level digital piano. It sounds pretty bad. At first I thought it may have been the speakers, but even with higher-end headphones it still sounds, well, cheap - like they used a sound chip left over from the late 1980s. The keyboard has bluetooth, as it loudly will announce every time you turn it on. But the bluetooth will only connect to an iPhone or iPad for use with Garage Band - it doesn't connect to bluetooth headphones. You can however, for whatever reason, connect your phone and use it to play regular music through the speakers. The microphone, headphones, sustain, and line in jacks are all 1/8" and right next to each other. Labels are hard to read in low light so be careful you're plugging whatever accessory into the correct jack. The keyboard has only one set of up/down selector buttons which, for some reason, always default to instrument selection. So if you want to adjust the volume, you have to hit another button first which will time out after about 3 seconds so be quick. The wood grain texture on the keys (which you will almost never find on a real piano or high-end keyboard) is off-putting but you will get used to it. What you will probably never get used to are the weighted keys. They are heavy and not very sensitive - if you don't hit a key hard enough it is soft; too hard and it is LOUD. There's almost no nuance. If you play a regular piano you will likely find this very frustrating. Finally, while I love that they include a keyboard stand, it is far too big to hold this keyboard. There is also no way to attach the keyboard to the stand which, along with the keyboard not being able to sit properly, will cause the keyboard to move around when you play. I was so hoping that I could have left an amazing review, but really there are just too many issues for me to say many positive things. For someone like me, who is just a casual player, these issues aren't a deal breaker. But if you're a real pianist, you're going to want to look elsewhere.
