Great price and impressive performance
I have this plugged into my MacBook Air so I can use the Ethernet port and the extra USB-A and USB-C ports. I also have the option of utilizing another display via the HDMI port if so desired. The data transfer speed is impressive with this hub. I’m very pleased with how well this thing performs.

Inexpensive
It's really inexpensive. The only downside is that you can't use all the ports at the same time.

Finally a cable that does it all!
Ive been so sick of never being able to use my laptop because it only has USBC - finally now I can have one cord that allows me to charge my devices, add a SIM card, plug into hdmi, and has two extra usbc ports! 11/10 Fantastic product!

Ports failure
The USB-A ports work when they feel like it, which is less than half the time - unplug and replug, and they may wake up. Same problem with HDMI port - external monitor will suddenly go blank, no rhyme or reason. Third hub I'm returning with these problems (first of this brand). Back to old reliable hub, now without all the ports I need, until the next attempt arrives. Has everything turned to junk in just the last couple years?

Works with Nintendo Switch, SD Reader works with Windows 11 SORTA
I think they give you 2 because the SD Reader does not directly work. If you plug one device into a Windows 11 PC the SD Card reader will show up as an Unknown USB device. However if you plug the additional extender into the USB C port on the first one connect the SD Card reader will show up on that one connected to Windows 11. Works fine on Windows 10 Works on MAC (Intel) Works on Iphone 12 for SD Card Reader (needs usb-c power though) Worked with the original nintendo Switch for HDMI output and Charging after power cycling the switch. Waking up from auto sleep does not always return the screen signal though. This was tested with a USB C PD attached to the hub. Connection points on the device do not line up complete making it a bit tricky to plug the devices such as HDMI cable, USB-A, and USB - C into the hub.

Worth the low cost, but far from perfect
First the good: the device comes in a relatively sturdy, compact hull, unlike many competitively priced products offers a USB-C slot. As for the bad: chassis material is prone to collect dust and fingerprints, available USB-C can supply just 4.5W of power, HDTV slot is located in a way that may block USB-C and one of USB-A slots, Ethernet card is just100 Mbps. Now for the ugly: the cable tail is made of cheap hard plastic that is hard to bend into shape I want and I am sure will break much faster than braided cables most competitors offer.

In use daily and a good range of sockets.

Download and upload speeds seem to be limited to 100 mbps and slow charging

Reliable at connecting USB & USB-C, but makes a high pitched noise while powered and godawful at reading SD or microSD cards. Probably better options out there.

I didn't read the fine print and see that this is using an ethernet speed from the 1990s. Everything else seems fine, but unfortunately it's going back. Why anyone in this day and age of widespread 802.11ax wireless and gigabit ethernet would anyone put out a product with 10/100 megabit ethernet is beyond me. Seriously, why would anyone use a ethernet speed from three decades ago. My wireless is 5 times faster than this adapter. I don't recommend this at all to anyone. Why mix ancient technology with newer protocols!
