Great customer service
Product arrived with what appeared to be a manufacturing defect. The shell surrounding the keyboard was warped and had a separation. Amazon handled the situation well and I felt supported and valued!

Avoid buying
I do NOT recommend buying! 4 months after buying, my screen no longer works. HP determined it was a hardware issue BUT HP won't cover it under warranty because the listing by the seller does not match what HP originally had in the laptop. I tried to reach the seller with no response and now I have a $500 piece of junk 4 months after buying it! BUYER BEWARE and save your money!

When you try to download Malwarebytes to start off safe the laptop will not download!!!! Will never buy a HP again
