I ordered this and received waterproof. So unlike the pictured item, it has blue font and under ScandalEYES it says "Waterproof Mascara" not "Mascara." My wife loves the regular/non-waterproof (has used it for a couple years) and this is not it. Could be they just made a mistake with our order, but back it goes.

It does not smudge. It does flake a little, but not enough for me to stop buying it. Definitely one of my favorite mascaras
