Just got this in and have not had a chance to use yet but love that it comes with two baskets in one box, handles to pick it up off of the grill with and a spray bottle to apply water or oil to your food while cooking. Absolutely would buy again.

By far one of my favorite kitchen purchases ever! Makes grilling veggies so easy. Veggies come out more consistently grilled versus some burnt, some not cooked on skewers. Makes "skewers" so much easier....Grilled them all separately- which I know doesn't make them skewers anymore.....but MUCH less work and better finished grilling!

Works like a charm, as expected. At one point, after I rotated the basket, I guess I slightly loosened the cap/lid and a small amount of food came out, but I chalked that up to me needing to be more careful when I rotate - it didn't happen again. I cooked veggies that were oiled and seasoned before I put them in the basket: I thought it would be best to make sure to have the food oiled to prevent food sticking to the basket. No food stuck to the basket.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Works okay but not great because the top easily opens and the lid is a pain to close once it is hot. I am still trying to figure out how to use it well because the first time I tried it the veggies cooked but didn’t seem as good as when you use the oven. I am not sure if I need more oil (maybe all the oil drains off?) or a different temperature but the first attempt let me unimpressed. So great idea but we shall see if it ends up actually working well.

I wish I’d bought this rolling grilling basket sooner—it’s one of those accessories you don’t realize you need until you use it. I bought not long time ago and used it multiple times already. It’s basically a stainless steel mesh tube with a secure clasp that keeps your food in while allowing full exposure to the flame and smoke. The rolling feature makes it easy to rotate the basket evenly so everything cooks on all sides without burning. The metal feels solid and doesn’t warp under high heat. The clasp locks tightly, so you don’t have to worry about it opening mid-cook. It’s not just for veggies—I’ve also used it for shrimp, garlic cloves, and even small pieces of marinated chicken. I recommend this product for sure.

I've used various open-top bbq trays for chopped vegetables before, and trying to get a spatula under the vegetables to flip/rearrange them is always a challenge, often resulting in something going over the edge and down into the BBQ. These cages make all of that a non-issue. Fill them with veggies (or any small similar items), and then you can roll them around all you like, and spray oil into them, to achieve perfect vegetables on the grill every time. They came with a little hook tool you can use to lift the cage off the bbq when done, but don't try and lift it by the lid - it will pop open. The lids generally stay closed, but this could be improved.

these work as expected but you have to be gentle while mixing as the doors on the ends to fill them come open very easy on the BBQ.
