Best Pizza Oven
Great product ! A bit expensive, but when you get your pizzas you understand that it worth any single pound. So pleased with my purchase Highly recommended

Expensive but…
I had a Ferrari G3 pizza oven for many years and it served me well making pretty decent pizzas - after quite a lot of trial and error - making really good pizzas isn’t easy. I’d had my eye on the Ooni for quite a few years but was put off by the fact that they were all outdoors - not great with the British weather - so when the volt came out and was is the sale I snapped it up and am really glad I did. The Volt does indeed get to temp in about 15 minutes and the higher temperatures that this reaches over my old machine produce an entirely different pizza. The crust is soft and fluffy inside and crisp on the outside - it does indeed cook a pizza in about 90 seconds. Downsides ? Well it’s expensive but if I get 10 years out of it it’s well worth it. It can get a little Smokey but cooking at these temperatures this can’t be avoided. Launching takes a little practice I’d recommend some semolina on the peel and not putting toppings at the back of the pizza - I’ve only lost one pizza so far but be prepared it may take some practice. Cleaning wise the old G3 I just scraped the stone - with the Volt the stone has to be removed. Overall I’m really pleased with the Volt the pizzas that it produces are far superior to the G3 - there is some learning and trial and error but it’s a fantastic machine that makes great pizza - 5 stars..

Awesome and convenient
Just got this after wanting an Ooni for long time but knowing full well an outdoor oven wouldn’t be used much in Scotland to justify price. Then the volt came out and I realised ‘resistance was futile’ and making do with our Gferrari oven (which is amazing for price). This is a different league and now making pizza you couldn’t tell the difference from eating out/takeaway. Maybe a little too much with it getting fired up (erm… switched in doesn’t have same ring to it) at least weekly 🤭 It takes a lot of space but and it’s not light so wouldn’t love moving it around much. But we made it work and first pizza is shown above.
