Redwood is a beautiful soft warm red. Not dull or dark, but not screamy hot tomato red either. I use these Dasique colors on my cheeks and lips. I add a touch of gloss on top to give it moisture. It looks absolutely beautiful!!! It blends easily with my finger on my cheeks and feels like a lightweight powder-cream formula. If I were to apply less to my lips and buff it with my finger or a lip brush it would look like the perfect French 'bouche mordue'. I'll definitely be buying another Redwood and trying more shades. I also have Dear Rose which is softer and more subtle but it seems to be unavailable right now. Buy this with confidence.

The color is exactly as pictured, and the formula is a beautiful creamy-powder finish that helps give that “rubbed on” lip look that is all the rage with Asian beauty right now. I apply it to my inner lip, then press a bit and I’m ready to go. It’s got a sort of scatter effect to the pigment particles, so your natural lip color is viewable underneath unless you really smother your lips with it. I recommend especially for mature beauties.

I really, really love the grayish mauve color in contrast to my pale cool-toned skin, and I love how smooth it feels and how blurring it looks on my lips. I recommend exfoliating your lips well, then letting a moisturizing lip product absorb for a several minutes, and then gently wiping that off, before applying this product. It's a mattifying liquid lip blur type of product, so it'll stick to dry spots if you don't do some lip care first. The only thing I don't like about it is the smell. It smells very heavily of plastic chemicals, which was surprising to me because I've never come across this issue with Dasique products before. I'm not super sensitive to smells, and the smell does dissipate after a few minutes, but beware if you're sensitive to this sort of thing.

Unique color. I have a fair, cool toned completion and this shade looks like a pale dusty pink. It almost reminds me of a less intense concealer lip. This product does a have a very strong rose sent, so keep that in mind before purchasing.

I was looking for that perfect lip tint and watched a number of videos to find the right color. Love this in mat alone or layered with lip gloss. It gives me the perfect pink/nude color without being too pink - want more of a nude/pink look at nude lip gloss want more pink add more pink - it's perfect and love when my gloss wears off I still have the perfect rosy color on my lips.

Gave this brand a try. Was pleasantly surprised because I liked this matte tint more than the Peripera Mood Matte Lipstick. I bought them both together because I was looking for a product that would give me the French Girl Makeup. The Peripera matte lipstick gave me cake-y lips and the color was off. This lip tint applied nicely. A little goes a long way because it's more pigmented than Peripera. If you apply too much, you still get the cake-y effect. Since my lips are slightly pigmented, I did notice there was a slight white base which might not be ideal for those with very pigmented lips. The tint is not transfer proof thought which was a minus. TLDR: Nice application/formula, very pigmented. White base not ideal for those with super pigmented lips. Not transfer proof.

色白、黄味肌なので 青味ピンクや黒っぽいベージュは似合わない。暗めのオレンジをぬるとわりとベージュになって、ヌード系のベージュをぬると顔に血の気がないキンタロー。みたいやななってしまうので 明るめのオレンジを塗って丁度良い血色になるタイプです。 これ塗るとピンクになるけれど 朱色寄りなので顔が華やかになります！もっと明るめの色欲しいです。 地黒の方は合わないかなー 色白さんならちょっと塗ってぼかせば可愛らしいです。ある程度したら 他のみたいに乾燥はしますが発色キレイでしっとり、のびがよい。同じメーカーのグロス系より好き。

発色は良いしあまり取れにくいけどちゃんと保湿しないと唇の皮剥がれちゃうかも。あとイエベ向きのリップではない。
