Caffeine content!!
The kick or boost you get is the caffeine content. There's around 200mg per serving. This isn't listed on he ingredients!! Naughty. I did some research prior to buying and found all this out. Also there differing doses. Some say 4 tabs a day and some say 2. Which is it?. From what I can gather this does indeed prove to be a great supplement. Id just say that this seller needs the be a lot more informative with their description on here. Exact ingredients etc.

Don't waste your money on any crazy bulk items. They do absolutely nothing at all.stick to creatine and whey protein.

It's working for the first 2 weeks after this time I feel only the caffeine in my body nothing more. Good to try and check if it's good for you.
