Used twice. First time around the results were out of this world. My ink looks phenomenal five weeks later. Even if I had a complaint, the price point vs quantity is almost tenfold vs the nearest competitor. So don’t waste your money on a couple 4”x8” patches. I didn’t see a good reason in purchasing a mainstream brand when there’s no additional therapeutic benefit. You don’t want your new tattoo to scab at all. Incubate the ink and “wound” until the body’s immune response has stopped sending natural antibodies to the tattoo area (3-5 days), then remove and follow regular protocol. This helps keep the ink in place and “ooze” out. For clarification, I typically leave the tattoo shop with original/fresh ink, wait about 12 hrs, then I remove the OG wrap/bandage. Next, lightly coat new tattoo with Bacitracin + Zinc, the. apply the 2nd skin and leave it on for 3-5 days. Sometimes it doesn’t stick perfectly, primarily due to user error. Make sure the edges of the wrap are beyond your new ink and so it a stick to fresh/dry skin. If not - it will just come undone and you’ll have to repeat (don’t worry - it usually happens 1-2x).

I am shocked to see negative reviews. I cleaned and dried my tattoo and surrounding area with a paper towel and then let it sit to ensure fully dry and placement of this was a breeze. It held up incredibly in the shower and is still going strong. Very happy with my purchase.

This is definitely not saniderm, but it does get the job done. I feel like it’s harder to peel off the backing and the front. That said, it does have staying power and does protect the tattoo.

Price is great, the rest, not so much. It's very tricky to get on clients, at times the second sticker layer will take several minutes to peel off. I will often have to remove my gloves or cut a corner with scissors, and still spend ages fighting with the bandage. This makes it look like I don't know what I'm doing with my clients, which is embarrassing. I usually blame it on the bandages, but it still is a waste of time and material, and hurts my professional image.

Works perfect just get it , i have had horrible interactions with other adhesive tattooderms in the past and have always had a horrible reaction, i had no reaction with this brand, this roll will last me at least a year. I am a tattoo artist and a person who gets tattoos sp i use on myself and on clients. Perfect size, easy to cut and use on larger pieces, easy to remove in the shower, i love it, so worth it, kept the color bright, its healed great super happy only keep it on for a few days, it looks gross but that’s fine as long as nothing gets inside it then its healing correctly

This bandage works so great kept my art clean and didn't have to use ointment. Highly recommended will purchase again.
