Excellent Value, great product
Excellent size barrel, tumbler runs great, customer service is top shelf! Great Value. Isn't as quiet a Lortone, but other than that, does the job just as well!

Don’t waste your money.
It’s loud and gutless. I’ve had it a year used it few months and it’s already broken.

Fine Chinese craftsmanship
Worked great for one month, then it quit. Checked on it yesterday morning and the whole house smelled like hot electronics. It was no longer running. When I opened it up, it was so hot it almost burned my hand. The plastic gears on the motor were warped by the heat. Rather disappointed in it.

One draw back!
Works great, quieter than my Smithsonian one, BUT, the screw on top receives the bolt on either end, HOWEVER, if you don’t choose the proper end it will unscrew and water and grit will be a big mess! And of course, it doesn’t tell you which end is the proper end! Why it’s made that way is a mystery to me!

So far, so good. Hopefully this will last a while!
We started with just a cheap set because I didn't know if my daughter was serious enough about using her rock tumbler but she used it so much she wore it out. We decided on this one because it is a more heavy duty tumbler and will hopefully hold up to the amount of time she use it. Time will tell how long this will last her. So far she seems happy with it.

Great Fun!
I just finished my first batches of tumble polished stones and I am delighted. Easy to set up and use. No problem with the motors or the bearings. It has not leaked. I feel confident this will last for years. You're going to want to put it in a place where it can do its thing without bothering you because tumbling rocks is a noisy process. I put the tumbler in shed, away from the house.

Go brushless
Worked for 5 months then motor froze had to work some oil into the motor bearing. Should have some bearings on the rods also.

Make sure to follow the instructions!
First of all, I did a lot of research before buying what I thought would be the best tumbler for my money, reading all the nightmare scenarios in the reviews, and all the praise going to the very expensive and never in stock brand. Two full batches through the TB-14 and I'm still happy with my purchase. You really need to pay attention to the instructions though. Out of the box, it's printed at least twice that you need to adjust the belt that drives the rod from the motor. This is an absolute must. It's just a couple of screws to take off the housing, and making sure the belt it on, and hand tightening the motor in place with some adjustment screws. My belt came completely off of the gear, but it's adjusted perfectly and it's run for two months practically 24/7 and not snapped. That's also following the directions about filling the barrel roughly 2/3 full and water just over the rocks. It's also essential to oil the four bearings where the rods spin. It came with a generous portion of oil to do it with. Do it before you start, and before each weekly cycle. It's a good idea to stop the machine midway through the week to make sure both rods are still freely spinning. I do a visual check about once a day just to make sure the barrel is tumbling at the expected speed.

It is quieter than other brand I bought and better built. Motor is running well... machine is smoother and quieter than other machine with better quality barrels. Buying my second machine from them. First purchased 4lb... love. Now purch 2x2lb machine.

Much better machine than the Komestone model I ordered from you a few weeks ago. The motor in that machine lastedabout 3 weeks and then died. A piece of junk. The tumble bee seems to compare with a Loretone which I had before and it lasted 11 years. Here is hoping!

Bought this to replace my lortone 33b because the motor went after 15 years. It is much louder, but you get use to it. I would say it spins a lot faster too than the 33b. But over all I am very happy with it, I love the size.

Enjoy tumbling two different types or mediums at once. Got this to upgrade from a single drum. So far very happy.
