ASICS GEL-Blur33 2.0 GS Running Shoe (Little Kid/Big Kid)

I have been purchasing asics shoes since I was on the track team in high school. They are very good quality shoes. I especially enjoy the asics shoes with the gel technology because they do supply a noticeable amount of comfort when walking and running. Also these shoes are made of a breathable material which helps reduce foot sweat and odor after a long run. I recently started purchasing asics shoes in their children's sizes because they are about half the price of buying them in women's sizes. They fit exactly the same and apply the same amount of comfort. The only warning I would give to this is if you have a fairly wide foot this may not work for you because the shoes are a bit more slender than women's shoes. When I buy the asics kids shoes I just use the rule that the shoe size is 1.5 less than what it is in womens. So since I wear a 7 in womens I buy a 5.5 in kids. I love these shoes and I love the price.

THE ONLY REASON I DO NOT GIVE IT A 5 STAR IS SOME THREADING IS COMING LOOSE ALREADY ( I JUST OPENED THEM ON CHRISTMAS DAY) BUT MY CHILD IS ALSO VERY VERY TOUGH ON SHOES!! SO THIS MAY BE THE REASON FOR SOME THREAD WEAR ALREADY

We LOVE Asics. They have always made an excellent shoe. These were a little more expensive than other kids shoes but look so much better! My 7 year old LOVES them and made his Dad race him around the yard three times and then went across the street to show them to our neighbors. He has shown them to everyone! The color is very in style. We are Very pleased so far with the ASIC Blurs! Very light weight and flexible also but seem to provide great support. We always buy Asics!

My 9 yr old daughter sprints and long jumps competitively. Every Spring we have to buy new practice shoes. I have generally bought Saucony in the past and been very pleased. This year she didn't care for the look of any them and since my husband and I both wear Asics and love them, I made the assumption that these would be great as well. Not so much. They are advertised as running shoes but I would classify them more as a cross trainer maybe? The support was minimal and pretty disappointing at best. After about a week of wear a hard piece of plastic was poking thru the back of the heel and causing discomfort. It was like the interior shape of the heel broke? The quality over all was just kind of poor. She ended up wearing last years track shoes for the majority of the season. :( The best part of these shoes is the colors.

I bought these for my son and was satisfied with the fit, but after only a month these shoes fell apart, the laces ripped, the soles of the shoes started separating and his toes started ripping through the mesh. These were the first pair of Asics I have ever bought and they were the last. His Nike sneakers he had previously were still in perfect condition when he outgrew them and he wore them the same way he wore these sneakers.

Love these shoes!i wear an 8 in womens, and originally ordered the 7M in big kids. They were too big and i had to return them ( which amazon made SO easy for me) and exchanged for a size 6.5 m. They fit perfectly. Shipping was very quick, return was painless, and my replacement product was here before the week was over! Love amazon. Love my shoes!

This is this second pair of these we have had for our pre-teen. He is really hard on shoes and the first pair lasted 6 months, which for him is really great! Since we already had a pair I knew exactly what size to order. They didn't have the same color as 6 months earlier but they fit just the same. He loves them.

The color is one of the best things about this shoe. I can spot my daughter from a mile away.My daughter says they are very comfortable too! However the shoe started falling a part with a month of being used. We normally wear Nike only but I wanted to try ASICS since my daughter's track coach recommended them. We were very disappointed, the bottom of the shoe started peeling off and the shoe just started falling a part. My daughter was shocked because she had never experiences this with here Nikes. I will never waste my money on Asics again.
