I am giving this product five stars even though I had issues resetting my printer because it was not product fault. The maintenance box was easy to install. Based on other reviews, I was prepared for the wic reset site that looked suspicious. I will say it is legit. I purchased a reset key which I later found out that I did not need. Read further and I will explain. After I downloaded the WIC software, I spent over 2 hours troubleshooting yrying to reset my printer. I am writing this hoping that it might help others. In the end, the problem was my Wi-Fi was not recognizing the printer. When I was trying to reset it. I ended up connecting my printer via USB cable and I was immediately able to reset my printer and start printing again. I am going to list the troubleshooting steps I took, but you might want to try that first. In addition, before purchasing a reset key, they do offer a trial key. If you have never used a trial on that printer. I suggest doing this first because in the end I used the trial rather than the key that I had purchased. Here are a few additional troubleshooting steps you could try: 1. Ensure Correct Reset Key: Double-check that the reset key you purchased is for the correct model of your printer. If it's specific to another model or region, it may not work correctly. 2. Reinstall WIC Software: Uninstall and reinstall the WIC software to make sure it's functioning properly. Sometimes a corrupted installation can cause errors. 3. Run the Software as Administrator: Make sure you are running the WIC software as an administrator. Right-click on the WIC Reset tool icon and choose "Run as Administrator." 4. Disable Firewall/Antivirus Temporarily: Your firewall or antivirus software may be interfering with the connection. Temporarily disable them and try again to see if that helps. Make sure to turn it back on when finished. 5. Try a Different USB Port: If you are connecting via USB, try switching to another port. This waste ink pad maintenance box works well as a replacement for my printer. It was easy to install and fits perfectly. The extra sponge is a nice bonus and helps absorb excess ink effectively. The packaging was secure and arrived in good condition. My only small complaint is that it didn’t come with clear instructions, so I had to search online to be sure I was installing it correctly. Other than that, it does the job and is a cost-effective alternative to the original brand. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a reliable maintenance box!

I neglected to resolve the issue with the ink pad on my printer when it first notified me, so in the process of fulfilling an order for my business the printer decided it didn't want to work anymore, we tried to do a temporary fix but to no avail, had to order brand new inkpad, came across this brand and I am so glad that I did, not only does it come with an extra pad refill it also comes with very simple instructions to reset the waste ink counter, very user friendly, although I did run into a few hiccups and I reached out to them by email and within 24 hrs a very nice Delores answered all my questions and was very helpful, even though I had to switch the USB to my desktop and then dbl checked to make sure it was fully into the printer, a few clicks on the reset program and my printer was back in full performance. I had bought a key for 9.99 previously before ordering from this company and they even offered to refund me even when it wasn't bought thru them. Now, that's great customer service. Highly recommend this item.

My Epson. ET, 2800. All of a sudden said something about the pad is wore out. So I looked. On Youtube. And they told me what to buy. This waste ink pad replacement works great and they give you instructions. How to reset the time? And words. Apparently. You get so many sheets and then they Stop you from printing. So you think the printer's broke? I just go out and spend $300 for another one. That's what I was getting ready to do. Until I found this place.

Pros and deficiencies with the product. Pros: The item itself is excellent. The new sponges are stacked, boxed, configured and ready to install. Spare sponges are also provided. The kit includes a screwdriver to assist in the installation and tweezers if the new sponges are to be replaced with the spares at some future date. Deficiencies: In order to finalize the printer servicing reset utility software must be downloaded and applied. This resets the ink pad waste paper count and insures that the printer will resume functioning normally. This is not really emphasized in the promotional material and the information provided in the kit about software only applies to Windows on a PC. This leaves MAC users stranded. The company should either provide MAC software instructions or warn customers about the issues for MAC users. MAC users can waste much time locating a safe and reliable ink pad paper count reset utility to complete the servicing.

This works really well and was very easy to use. I fixed my Epson 2800 Eco Tank in about 20 minutes not having a clue what I was doing but the instructions was very clear and easy. I purchased an extra set to minimize my down time the next time it needs replaced......Well worth it, I will purchase it again and I highly recommend it.

It does fit the Epson printer but Epson was no help to reprogram for the new replacement. Was told that I had to still take it to a Epson repair shop…

Arrived quickly. Very easy to install. Resetting the print count was a little tricky but it was completed. Perfect for my Epson 2720.
