WITHINGS Body Smart is a high-quality weighing scale that works quickly and matches the NHS scales at the hospital, which means I am keeping an exact reading. It also has a quality App which works quickly and it does not miss one reading no matter if my phone which has the App is situated nearby or in the next room it will immediately take a record of the weight that I am standing at, as well as the percentage muscle/fat contents in my body as well as my heart rate. I do like this App and the weighing scales as I can now give my hospital consultant a full record of my vital statistics, heart rate, etc. I also like the broad flat area that the scales have for me to stand on as it is broad enough for me to stand upright and has a safe area for me to weigh correctly and safely, which is especially important for me as my eyesight is not strong. This is a high-quality weighing scale which along with its APP makes it an ideal way of keeping a reliable record of your weight and other health details especially if you accompany the scales with any of the Smart watches which are manufactured by the same manufacturer. A quality product which I would happily purchase again.

Saw a few negative online reviews about these scales, and in particular the difficulty pairing with Withings phone App. I had no problems at all, and from opening the box was up and running in about 10 minutes. The app and set up process was straightforward and intuitive. The scales look and feel quality. The scales provide weight readings,BMI information, muscle mass , fat mass, hydration and even weather details? Fitness goals can be set and some guidance is provided on how to reach those. The app helps keep you on track and provides a detailed record of readings. Sure, they are a bit expensive but then again they do more than a set of standard bathroom scales and seem to be pretty accurate. Happy with this purchase.

I have had Withings scales since 2010, I love them and because of the quality of the scales I have bought other Withings products (sleep mat, blood pressure cuff) and I have built up a deep history of my vital metrics. I did also buy the more advanced scales at the time which were shipped with the “Pulse Wave Velocity” measure which Withings had to disable (personally I found it a useful indicator) So, when the old scales stopped working last year I went straight in and bought the latest model. Ohh what a frustrating year it’s been… They are completely inaccurate…. If you place your left foot first weigh you get one weight. Step off and step on again with your right you get another! This is weight, I can understand other measures being off as they are electrical signals and algorithms. But weight! My parents 40 year old salter scales that are corroded and obviously well used are at least consistent!!! Other measures are also very erratic. I end up getting on and off repeatedly and taking a kind of guess whether I’m trending up or down. Then we get to heart rate… something that always gave me confidence the old scale was somewhat working…it always gave me a number…. Every time This new scale gives me a reading probably 1 out of every 10 times I step on. I’ve tried everything wet feet dry feet how I get on them. All to no avail. All of these issues seem to be somewhat related as an observer. It try’s to do things TOO QUICKLY when you get on a scales they take a few seconds to ensure they have your shift in weight correct. Momentum stops. Then they read. The old scales took time to adjust, wait a second or two before upsetting/pleasing you with your numbers. These simply seem to be in a rush, because of that they are useless. Don’t buy this model. But I’m sure other Withings products don’t necessarily have the same issues and as I’ve said beyond this I’m a fan of the company. Just frustrated now.

Quick to carry out measurement. A word of caution - you need to use the same spot to do the measurement otherwise result very varible. Mind you that is common with other too

My Withings Body + scales are several years old now and whilst they still measure weight, they stopped calculating body composition a while ago. I was unsure about replacing with Withings again because I have read about several users having connection difficulties and intermittent / inconsistent composition readings. These new scales connected to my phone and WiFi easily and quickly and the whole process was completed in less than a minute. First weigh in was complimented by composition readings and the results fed to the app on my phone. I would say that the Body smart scales are a huge improvement over the body + and I am very pleased with them

Been using this for about 4 days now. The good - Solid feeling scales - Decent size - Clear display - Accurate readings - Intuitive App - Lots of useful body stats The bad - Doesn't always measure your heart rate - Fiddly to setup with other apps which they are also going to stop supporting from what I've read All in all a good purchase for measuring your health

I’m loving my new bathroom scales … the app/set up is fairly straightforward involving daily weigh ins for the first week. Then you can decide your frequency. I like the fact that it’s linked to the internet/app and you get some data for free. I haven’t signed up for the subscription as there is only so much data that I really need.

Très bon produit pour suivre son évolution, et l’application permets de la noter sans effort ! À ne pas utiliser pour quelqu’un de 170kg ou plus, un des pieds s’est fragilisé et la pesée d’après n’était pas exacte

I bought this to replace a Fitbit scale I’d been using for about 15 years, and so far I’m very happy with the switch. Setup was simple, measurements sync easily, and it provides plenty of useful data to track progress. The scale looks sleek and feels accurate, and it’s been a great upgrade so far.
