I recently purchased the Toshiba 55-inch TV and I must say, I am extremely impressed with the overall performance and quality of this product. The picture quality is outstanding, with vibrant colors and sharp details that make watching movies and TV shows a truly immersive experience. The sound quality is also top-notch, providing clear and crisp audio that enhances the viewing experience.I appreciate the sleek and modern design of it ,which looks great in my living room and adds a touch of elegance to the space. I like the quality of the build, it does not look cheap, very elegant and simple design.i installed it myself, setting up google services is very simple and be triggered using the google home app.the picture and sound are very nice, i have both DTH and Streaming services running on it without issues. the remote is a smart remote which supports voice search and hotkeys for netflix, amazon etc.the internet connectivity is both wired and wireless, i had it connect to my mobile hotspot and it ran streaming apps without a problem!overall I'm greatly pleased with the product and would recommend this model. My previous TV was LG and i had considered buying another LG but there was a 10K difference in price but i saw little benefits of the LG model over Toshiba.

This is probably the best budget 55' tv out there. I faced issue with the installation and there was no wall bracket to hang the tv in the package though it was mentioned in the product details. I escalated to Toshiba support through twitter because Amazon didn't provide support on that. Toshiba core team reached out to me and refunded the amount for the bracket. That was great. This was however unnecessary hassle and the seller should not provide misleading information. Having said that I firmly believe this is the best tv in this price range , looks very premium and there are no complaints with the quality of the product.

Super quality

Worst customer service for warranty purposes.I initially contacted the Toshiba toll-free number on 19/12/2024, and a technician visited on 20/12/2024 to inspect the TV. After checking the TV, the technician confirmed that the panel was damaged and assured me that it would be repaired under warranty within 4-5 days.However, after waiting for almost 9 days without any update, I reached out to the technician for an update, but unfortunately, I received no response. Subsequently, I contacted Toshiba customer care, only to be informed that my warranty claim had been rejected due to "damage to the product." This is highly concerning because, as per the technician's initial assessment, there was no damage, and I have ensured that the TV is in perfect condition, with no scratches or any visible damage.This is still going on & I'm contacting toll free number everday 7 they are giving the same update that it is under porcess but there has been no update provided by them.Moreover the customer care guy started explaning me that the damage may not be visible as it is not LCD but LED TV.Totally pathetic service by service center.

Got this 50 inch TV at Rs. 25k and that too with no cost EMI dor 12 months in HDFC credit card scheme!!!Amazon Installation team was very active and was ready to install in next day, but couldn't wait, installed TV same evening with a local mechanic for Rs.200 and good part was wall mount was given with the TV packet free of cost. Loging to TV with a android movile was auto instructed by TV and process was super smooth.PROS*****1. Very good picture quality, almost comparable with my other TV (now 3 years old, Samsung 55 inches 4k QLED, HDR then almost top of the line etc of Rs 85k then)2. Very good experience with the android software, good remote control, voice command, experience equal to my Samsung experience.3. Sound quality is ok and not a deal breaker at this price. But sound no way even near to samsung experience.4. Downloading and upgrading of Apps was super fast... even faster than Samsung experience.CONS*1. Upscaling of normal videos not good but upscaling of HD videos to 4K is good enough.2. Presetting numbers of picture mode is not that good. Same for sound modes.FEAR***1. Don't know how long this TV will survive, but good thing is that it has 2years of warranty.2. No idea how much support i will get Toshiba or Amazon if any fault occurs during warranty or even after that.But, after 10 days of use, so far so good, Thanks AMAZON for the platform, Thanks Toshiba for the technology at affordable price, Thanks HDFC for providing this with just 1st month installment of Rs.2062.:)Will followup Edit this review after 6 months.
