So far so good! Got this a couple of days ago and it IS the oversized fan you might be looking for. I ordered black since it can go with anything you might wanna wear and in different settings. Seems durable, made from heavy bamboo, and fan fabric is the kind you'd expect from camping gear. AKA thin but durable. It DOES have a little bit of difficulty opening and closing completely, but I could see that with use that could change as over time the material would give more. The center screw holding the fan blades in place seems good but if yours has issues, I'd suggest just going to home depot and replacing it with a new metal dowel no problem. The blades ARE nice and thick and in the future I could see that little bolt holding them all together possibly needing to be replaced but the fan is nice so it would totally be worth it! Value for the money, very functional, easy to use and replace part of need be, nice and over sized!

Purchased this for Queen B’s Renaissance tour a few years back and it is still holding strong. From drying my makeup to boots on the ground lol. This is a really great fan.

Not as loud as I would like it to be. I bought a two pack (different brand) and they were much louder but the material wasn't so great. The material on this fan is way nicer and the design is colorful and beautiful. I think the cheaper fabric on the other brand helps with the sound. It seems to be built right but if things go wrong, and it starts falling apart, I plan to buy a screw and nut to keep it together and if the material starts to separate from the bones I'll either hot glue it back together or use superglue.

Beautiful fan with wonderful colors. Have used many times and very sturdy. But it has come apart late July at the bottom.

The fan is pretty true to the design and colors, but the quality of the fan is so-so. The bamboo is painted black, but there were some pieces that splinters off, and the fabric itself is glued on and you can tell. It opens and closes alright, but the fabric is a plasticky vinyl. Overall, it fans really well and is lightweight, but keep in mind it does not come with a case or attachment, so unless you have a holder, you’ll be carrying this. It’s more of a 3.5 stars because it splinters, but it fans really well and does the trick.

took this fan to a rave and it worked great. printing looks decent, but as imagined, it’s a tiny bit flimsy. overall, i received exactly what i expected
