Blows out Sand, Dirt, and Pebbles in our Garage Easily!
I was leery of buying this electric blower as it looked so small and I wondered if it could really blow the dirt, sand, and small rocks off of our garage. But the price was very agreeable, so I went ahead and ordered it. Needless to say, my husband loves this thing! We have an open garage, no garage door and we also have an extremely sandy driveway. No matter how many times you sweep the wind just loves to keep blowing it back into the garage, and with dark hardwood floors you can literally see every footprint if you come from outside. It's annoying as all get out so even with rugs, we try our best to keep the garage swept at least once a week. Now we do it countless times as this blower makes it so easy!! You just plug it in and go! It not only manages to get ALL the dirt and sand off the concrete, but it also gets all those little pebble and rocks out of there too! This blower has enough force to easily clean the garage in a matter of minutes! I use it on the front porch to get the dirt off the concrete and to also blow away any spider webs and bugs that manage to die on my windowsills. (I live in Louisiana home to the countless beetles, mosquito's, love bugs, daddy long legs, and other bugs I try to stay away from) I don't know how well this will work on grass to blow up leaves as we don't have any (and thank goodness we have no pine straw either in our yard), but from the impact it has on our garage, I can definitely say it is worth a try! It works great for our purposes, and was definitely worth it!

Great product, Great value.
Motor is powerful air flow is good. The unit is pretty heavy. Works well with small leaves. Oak leaves seem to make the unit clog up. Battery does not last long. It is cordless. Easy to assemble. Storage bag is large enough and easy to dump out. I have not tried the blower yet. Seems to be built with quality.

Great Leaf Vacuum—Strong Suction but Heavier Than Expected!
My first experience with this leaf blower/vacuum was impressive overall, though it did come with a few minor issues. Assembling it was a bit confusing at first, even after reading the instructions. I found it easier to sit down while putting the vacuum parts together since the tubes are quite long and the unit can feel heavy once assembled. Speaking of weight, that’s probably my main concern. With the long vacuum tube, machine body, and battery all together, it does get heavy after a while. A shoulder strap would have been a nice addition, though considering the price, it’s still a good value. Performance-wise, it does a great job vacuuming up most leaves and debris efficiently. However, the battery—fully charged—lasted only around 30 minutes, and the machine is quite loud when running. I haven’t tried the blower function yet, but I’m really enjoying the vacuum feature so far. Despite the weight and short battery life, this tool has been a great addition to my garden equipment.

Good product
Works great. A bit more difficult to assemble than I expected, the plastic funnels were not easy to snap into place. Vacuum made short work of the leaves when dry. Battery lasts about 2o-30 minutes before needing a charge. Recommend getting additional batteries off Amazon; I got 2 Chinese aftermarket batteriesfor the price of 1 from greenworks. Blowing them into a pile first works best.

Mine was junk
Hate is a strong word. But I hated my Greenworks 24012 7 amp single Speed Electric tool. Right out of the box, I tried it out and heard a funny noise come from the motor first time is was turned on. It worked and that is all I was concerned with at the time, so I put it in my outdoor storage shed. A week later I tried to use this machine and it did nothing. I mean nothing. I thought my circuit had fused, but no.. the unit was dead. I disassembled the unit to find the stator of the motor covered with a carbon like substance. I cleaned it up, reassembled and tried it again. It fired right up and did a good job, but sounded like it was slowing down in speed. I shut it off, then turned it back on... nothing again. I disassembled the unit again. Same problem, the stator on the motor was caked with a carbon like substance. No contact. Cleaned the unit again, and looked at the brushes. They could not be removed without possibly breaking them so I coated the stator with WD-40 after cleaning it. I tested the unit again and it worked fine. So I put it away. Next time I try to use the unit it was dead again. At this point I was done messing with this unit and recycled it. Yes, I could have whined and moaned about it and maybe got a refund, but really, it was not worth the time, energy, or anyone's expense to cross ship another unit that may or may not have an identical problem. I purchased the PT Performance 75MPH blower as a replacement unit (at lower cost) and guess what? It works each and every time I need it and is an outstanding unit given that it is very petite in stature. Your experience with the Greenworks 24012 7 Amp Single Speed blower may be different than mine. And if you got a good one, I am happy for you, and that is what I thoroughly expected to get as well.

Works real good at both sucking and blowing because of the 505 CFM. I have the older model 350CFM good for blowing but real bad as a vacuum. Both units drain a 40V 4AH battery in 10min. or less. Other than that I am happy with the 550 CFM model. Just get a second battery like I did.

After a long wait i received the blower. Built quality feels decent for its price. Buyers need to be informed (it doesn't come with the power cord.) It has the (US type connector.) To run the blower you need to (buy a seperate Step Down Converter or you will burn the motor if connected directly to mains) Not made for Indian 240v power.

I sent this back as it was not working, when I received it, also it looked as if someone else had it before as the attachment was scuffed in several places.

This machine is gmax which requires a generation 2 battery. It is not sold in Canada. I bought and replaced 3 of them thinking they were faulty. I finally sent a picture of the battery receptacle to Greenworks Canada and they were able to identify the problem. Your 40v batteries will not work in this machine, forcing the purchase of a new battery and defeating the motivation of staying with the same brand. What a dirty cash grab by Greenworks! On a positive note, the machine is a huge improvement over the original one, which was constantly getting clogged up when vacuuming. This one doesn't because of the higher power and the addition of metal mulching blades.
