One of the most sacred books I have ever read and it will stay in my heart forever. What I learned from this book changed my life and I am grateful to the authors for sharing this ancient wisdom from the Japanese culture.

Get your life in gear here!
So hubby has been looking into Japanese culture and read through this book with me. The dietary concepts, the mental discipline as well as the focus and connection with purpose resonated with Him when presented through Japanese concepts. Hey, he read a book that wasn't fiction, that was miracle #1. Miracle #2 is that because this is a small book it's a quick read so it was easier for him to say yes to. This book definitely gives you some things to research and introduces some principles briefly that will leave you wanting a little bit more depth and so the rabbit trail begins.
