delivery excellent
this product is very useful although you might want to gently warm it up--perhaps with a hair drier on a low setting--should the weather be a little chilly!

Thin, goes all over the place!
It goes where you put it but to plenty of other places too. Messy.

A must use if fitting flash band.
I used this after using a role of flashband to cover the top strip of Felt on a shed roof, then when it next rained it poured inside the first flashband had not adhered to the joint even though it had been fitted as the instructions had said, using this before the flashband was fitted sorted out the leak well worth the money.
