I'm familiar with Xiaomi phones, and the seller I repeat purchase from is reliable like the phones he sells. The phone arrived new as advertised. Xiaomi phones offered in the USA will ONLY run on the T-Mobile, Tello (a TM MVNO) network only, and they do it well. Your sim card must already be activated prior to putting it in this phone. I get full Volte and 5g service. Although this phone is a 2022 version it is lightweight, smooth, and snappy, especially if you activate Developer mode and turn off the animations. It's not full of bloat, and updated to Miui 14. The phone can and will update to HyperOs if allowed. I prefer MIUI so I have disabled further UI updating. The phone comes with a pre installed display film to protect from scratches, a clear TPU case, car charger, a foreign 67W AC fast charge plug with a USA adapter is included from the seller I use. The sound, NFC, all functions work as listed. My model is the Global model, pink, 256g, 8g ram, the 4300mah battery lasts me a full day with normal usage, email, web browsing, text, calls, some YouTube watching, gaming is smooth and no lag or stutter, it depends on your usage. The phone has not heated up. The camera is outstanding, much better then my Xiaomi Note 11pro plus 5g. I wanted a lightweight Xiaomi phone, and this phone was inexpensive, but worth it. I've been around all flagship brands of phones, I also collect them, Xiaomi always gives me a good experience. 5 stars.

Its my recent upgrade from xiaome 9lite which I had since 2020. Am still learning it's features but sofar the camera is on point, the charger is very fast, the phone is very lite and nicely slim. I charge the battery after 24hrs which is okay though I still need to study it more!! Buy and large the phone is worth the money.

When the package arrived at its destination in the Philippines, they turned it on right away. It won’t turn on, no image on the screen. They charge it but it won’t charge. The technician said it’s factory defects.

I loved the fact that it has virtual ram extension options, and the fact that there's a front "Selfie Glow" or Front Selfie Flashlight. Phone is way Better than I thought it would be and the color is so amazing! Definitely would recommend this seller and product!! ☺️
