Great product, the size of the frame is small but does the job. Easy to upload photos. Bought for mum, Like being able to upload photos while at home and they are visible instantly.

This frame does not come with an internal battery, and as such must be plugged in the entire time you wish to use this. It also comes with a very short power cord making this product completely impractical to actually use. Do not be fooled by all of the advertising pictures of them hanging on walls, this is not possible with such a short power cord.

This happen after lees then 24 hour after I switched on. The product is rubbish .

As soon as photos are imported, it just keeps shutting on and off until it asks to reset. Didn't allow to play any media from the SDCard directly.

Was brought as a gift for my grandparents Christmas 2023 worked the first two times and then wouldn’t switch on. They didn’t even get chance to show it off.
