I hadn't heard of Feather and Down before buying this spray, but it was reasonably priced and I decided to give it a try. It's a lovely natural smell - not a heavy scent - and the spray doesn't seem to mark fabrics. I can't prove that it definitely promotes sleep but I think the smell of lavender and camomile is soothing and pleasant and can help you to relax. I'd certainly buy it again!

I would give this more than 5 stars if l could it works better than other things it even works on my old bulldog lol it relaxes you and helps you to drift off the smell is amazing and lingers the price is ok the size is fine and does it's job it's a win win for me as getting to sleep is a nightmare l don't want to keep going through

This stuff smells lovely but fades away in a very short time. Unfortunately I’ve gone back to another well known brand as theirs smells stronger for longer and that’s what I need as I can’t sleep.

I've suffered from insomnia on and off 20 years,if I get full night's sleep it's like I've won the lottery Lol,no seriously it's not Funny and I sympathise with other people who same as myself, it's not nice, it's horrible, anyway I've tried so many lotions and potions over the years from pillow mists, sleep balm, medication and herbal supplements,Ive finely found what works for me and though might not work for everyone I have to share my experiences because when you've had a good night's sleep you want to jump for joy and celebrate, you can face the day better, your cheery and More full of energy, I've used many pillow mists including a insanely expensive one which I wasn't that impressed with but I Keep coming back to this one, it smells amazing, it's comforting and soothing, helps relax me and unwind, combined with a herbal tablet begin with V I Now sleep 7,8 hours through instead of 4,5 and unlike medication from doctors which comes with terrible side effects which IL never touch again!!! It's Safe and natural, highly recommend, I take it on holiday too, I love it and so does my daughter
