The best truffles ever. I just love all the different flavours. So addictive. A must try chocolate

Amazing customer service from Monty Bojangles
I adore these chocolates but they were out of stock from the shop I usually get them from so I ordered via Amazon. Unfortunately they weren’t stored properly by the Amazon warehouse and arrived melted together. I complained to Amazon and then Monty Bojangles took the effort to send me a replacement directly (so they knew they wouldn’t arrive damaged this time). Absolutely excellent customer service - and of course delicious chocolates that I have ordered many times before and will continue to do so!

Amazon unwilling to help
The product itself is great however I was not able to enjoy them as the contents were damaged beyond use and had to be thrown out in the trash. Unable to contact Amazon directly so I will be cancelling my prime membership

Great taste
Unfortunately it seems that Amazon did not store these chocolates at the correct temperature. Three, of the five packs contained a solid lump of chocolate, i.e. the chocolates had melted during storage.This is so disappointing, since I’m sure if they had been stored correctly they would have been most enjoyable.

Probably too good tasting to be sold in this volume
We usually grab a single bag of these when out shopping and we spy them near the checkout. But the last bag went to so quick that I decided to see if I could get a bigger version, but lo and behold you can get 5 bags for a decent price. Same great chocolates. Unlike good bar chocolate, I love letting this slowly dissolve on my tongue. Really nice.
