Product didn't work right out of box. Seller says ask Amazon. Amazon says contact seller.
The only button this scale responds to (whether on battery power or using adapter) is on/off. Useless junk. Both seller and Amazon unresponsive to correcting my loss for this scale which did not work right out of box, Seller claims they care about customer service but there is NO way to get past their automatic message bot to actually get service. Total loss.
