This flosser fit what I was looking for; compact, solid battery length, worked well, right up until two days ago when it began malfunctioning. Then yesterday it died completely and nothing I do brings it back to life. The lights turn on but no motor anymore.Wouldn’t it be nice to live in a world where companies make quality products instead of wasting our money and the world’s resources to make short term profits? This is 2024, lasting six months is preposterous.

Not sure why other are talking about a tooth brush as its not a tooth brush at all.I never thought about a water flosser till i saw an advert for one and had to try. Easy to assemble and a couple of mins out of the box. Plug in and charge. Fill with water plugged in jet tips which u have 3 spares and a brush one. Water comes out at a fast pace . Just does what is says on the box, the only issue is water goes all over the mirror this i guess can be reduced with practise. Haven't tried others but i believe it is a good product because teeth felt cleaner. Easy to pack away with a storage hole jet tip.

the product was fantastic, however like other reviews this product has not even lasted a month... i used it everyday and liked how it was compact and travel size. the pressure was perfect and charged well however during the past couple days it started randomly going off on its own and has completely failed me. i really liked the product but its longevity has failed me. really disappointed in the product....

I have sadly had to return this and hope to buy one in the future when they have improved the model its got some great features - mine stopped working the motor seemed to be on a jerky mode all the time and it had been fully charged - it had not been dropped or damaged in transit so I think it might be a one off although I did see one other review like mine where the motor had stoppedI liked the way you can completely wash out the water tank on this model so it can be cleaned and dried for traveling and its shrinks down to help make it compact for travelling however this then doesn't remain at the full size when water is in it keeps sliding down again and the button to take the tip out gets in the way of the buttons to press on off etc so the tip falls out and water is everywhere until you get used to knowing where to press I think the look of this is good and its ergonomic but if its not working then its not useful - sorry I do hope they get this sorted its a nice look and the fold down is a great idea including the bag to put it in - what a shame its the first one I have bought from this company - I will perhaps give it another go in time also the speed is a bit low the power is not quite effective enough but this might be due to the faulty mechanism - good luck to the makers of this you are onto something !

Not as good as regular one but ideal for travelling and does a good job. Pleased with it

I bought one of these mid year to replace a different flosser I owned. I loved it. It was great for travelling and battery life lasted well. However, it only lasted 2 and a half months and then completely stopped working. The lights still came on, but nothing happened. I was disappointed but thought it was a one off, so I bought another to replace it, same model. The same thing has happened again, only this time it only lasted 5 weeks. I'm very disappointed. They may be inexpensive but you're better off spending more money in the long run.

I have bought it for my trips and it works perfect. I have been using a bigger water flosser at home for years and I cannot go to bed in the evening without using water flosser as I do not feel complete cleanliness. So i needed something for my trips which can be used during holidays and it is small enough to take it easily. This machine is perfect, does the job and I can feel the comfort as if I was at home.

This has some great features in a nice compact design. My son goes away during the week for College to a rented room, and needs a compact version of the ones we have at home to take with him. It travelled there well protected inside its bag and a hard case, and has not been dropped or mistreated in any way. Unfortunately, though, it stopped working after a month and a week. The power button no longer switches it on or off. And it was turning itself on spontaneously in the middle of the night, waking people up, with no way to turn it off again. I see from other reviews that malfunctions have been a pretty common experience so perhaps a more robust build is what is needed.
