Product after taking 4 in one night did NOTHING!! Then I go to get a refund and they have a no return policy. So much for standing behind your product claims and worth. At a dollar a pill, you're better off taking Magnesium and Sleepy time tea.

I really enjoy that this product does what it says. I take 1 pill before 30 minutes of me going to bed and I have had the best sleep possible. I also like that this is stemming from nature.

Helped me fall asleep & not be groggy in morning

Tried this melatonin free sleep aid and as far as sleeping it really didn’t help me but a benefit I did get from it is a relaxing feeling which alone is nice. I really wasn’t expecting it to help me sleep to be honest because I have a very high tolerance when it comes to all meds/vitamins and usually only prescription meds help me but I figured I’d try it anyway

I have been taken these almost a week now, I suffer from bad insomnia. After taking took 2 hours fall asleep, and doesn’t make me fall asleep fast. Everyone is different unlike me with bad insomnia, I didn’t wake up feeling tired, that’s great about these!
