Love this chair. So comfortable to sit in, supporting the back in all the right spots and is very sturdy. Assembly took about 20 minutes. The leather on it looks amazing, giving it that vintage look. Everyone who ends up in our room gravitates toward sitting on it. The massage pillow is a plus, though we hardly use it

This is my first ever “gaming chair” I’ve been playing on console for over a decade and never made the investment until now- so I took my time in making a decision. This chair has honestly been an incredible upgrade from my ugly, worn, hand-me-down office chair(Pictured). Its surprisingly wide and spacious for not being a “big & tall” category chair. This is nice for me as I often like to cross my legs in the chair when I play. The wheels have a smooth glide and the chair itself is very sturdy. I’m a heavier fella and it doesn’t flex under me when I plop on down. The seat cushion is very comfortable without it being too soft or too firm, and the chair has a nice range of adjustability . For the most part the assembly was easy and straightforward. The directions weren’t always super detailed but as long as you have common sense and can follow the diagrams it’s a fairly quick build. Took me maybe 20-30 minutes by myself. Now I did notice a few minor marks on a couple of spots on the chair (pictured). Not sure if it’s from shipping or missed in quality inspection but it’s not noticeable unless you’re actually looking for it. The “massage” lumbar is more of a “vibrating” lumbar so if that’s a huge feature for you I’d look elsewhere. There are a few parts (like the leg rest) that don’t exactly look perfectly symmetrical (Pictured) - but again that’s not noticeable unless your either looking for it, or slightly OCD like me. For the money I feel satisfied with the quality and features and I would honestly buy it again. Overall a good investment. Thank you for coming to my TEDtalk.

This chair all around is fantastic. The support for my back along with the comfort of the seat makes for a great gaming/desk chair. The functionality of the footrest and the recline are great additions. The chair's stitching and grey color also looked really great in person. The built quality was also very sturdy and I have had no issues for over a year now.

Wow! I am truly impressed with this chair! I just received it yesterday and it only took about 20 minutes to put together. I used Loctite on the bolts since I noticed some complain of bolts loosening over time, so that problem should be resolved. The leather look is so nice, and it feels great! It's like a gaming chair in disguise! I use it for my business home office, so it fits nicely and looks professional. I like how well-made it is and believe I will get at least a few years out of this chair (even with using it 40-60 hours a week for my business as a computer programmer, so I do a lot of sitting in front of computers!). I am very happy with this purchase. Should anything change, I will certainly update this post, but this chair appears to be well made, it's comfortable, and I put it together properly, so I think it'll be fine. Oh, and my box arrived damaged (with a large hole on one edge that was crushed), but the contents inside were packaged well enough that they remained undamaged, so that was nice, too.

I swear this chair showed up already tired of life. The frame was so crooked it looked like it had been jumping on trampolines unsupervised. The backrest leans like it’s trying to sneak off-stage, and the seat tilts like it’s trying to get away from the rest of the chair. Honestly, I’ve never seen furniture with commitment issues before. It’s advertised as “Big & Tall,” but apparently that means “Big disappointment & Tall tales.” The footrest? Bro… it’s basically a wobbly breadstick. I’m 6’4” and the footrest was made for a child. I took this thing apart and reassembled it so many times I felt like I was in a “How It’s Made” parody episode — and every single time, the same crooked mess appeared like a jump scare. The frame is literally bent. Not figuratively, not emotionally — physically bent. Now I get to decide whether to wrestle this giant box back to UPS like a WWE match, or hope the manufacturer doesn’t take days/weeks to respond too their email for replacement parts that aren’t made out of wet spaghetti. If you want a chair that sits straight, supports your legs, or generally behaves like a product made by adults… look elsewhere. This one came pre-broken and spiritually defeated.

*UPDATE* So previously I put it a 1 stars because it broke in less than 90 days. They reached out to me in order to try and make it better. The first time around they sent me a replacement piece for the part that broke and a new hydraulic. I couldn't get the old hydraulic out of the old base so I just gave up. They did try to send me a how to on getting it out but I was over it. Even though I was done They still wanted to make sure I got good customer service and they decided to just sent me a brand new chair! I was able to toss the other one away. I'm very happy at the outcome because even though I wanted to give up they did not and I now have a gaming chair again! *Old Review* I received this chiar on July 19th after purchasing it on prime day. Today October 8th the welding around the insert where the hydraulic lift goes broke on one side completely and is cracking on the other side. I don't even know how that is possible I've gotten $20 chairs and never had this happen. Now granted those chairs are majorly uncomfortable which is why I wanted somthing more expensive to use while working on my business after I come home from a full time job. First the back would get loose and I had to re tighten it many many many times. I got over that fact cause over all the chair was comfortable but this is just ridiculous. It didn't even last an entire 3 months before completely braking. WAIST OF MONEY! I'm so upset $200 just gone and flushed down the toilet. I don't even use the chair daily. In these 81 days there's atleast 3 full weeks when I wasn't even using the chair because I used my laptop on my couch or I was out of town due to work. There is absolutely no reason why this should have happened. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME! KEEP LOOKING!
