These are really good and for a good price! They actually make the door shut you can adjust the spring tension to your liking. Super easy to install.

Product work fairly well. I have installed two. The spring closes my doors no problem! Only issue I had was the screws were not long enough, I used my own 3 inch screws

Poor quality, waste of time, waste of money

Needed these for a condo with a shared hall. Fire marshal required self closing/latching door. These are a great solution. The door isn't the heaviest, but it shuts it just fine.

Poorly fitted threads were difficult to screw in, and some of the screw-in holes were so badly made the handle wouldn't screw in at all. One of them bent almost 45 degrees under the pressure of opening the door and had to be swapped out completely. I got them working and I'm happy with the end results, but I wouldn't buy this brand again.
