Would give this, and the sellers, 0 stars if i could!
So this was fine at first but stopped going up and down after about 15 months. Contacted Montpellier who said i had to contact Amazon - contacted them and they gave me a refund and told me to return it but that i'd have to sort out the removal of the item with Montpellier. So rang them back and they changed their mind and said i should contact the actual retailers, Ship It Ltd - i did so, explained the position and they said they everything i'd been told so far was wrong. Cue me having to pay back the refund to Amazon and then having to chase up Ship It three times to try and arrange for it to be returned to them - they didnt really give a toss, said they had no more in stock and so i would have to pay someone to come and get it out, then i have to send it back to them, at my own cost!, and only then will they refund me. its been a joke from start to finish, im struggling to find anyone to remove it but none of the involved parties really care. So right now, i'm out of pocket with an item that doesnt work and cant find a resolution. My advice? do NOT buy this item!

Ordered this product as the price is lower than other brand But fitter had lots problems fitting it! In the end they sent engineer and finally it worked , after 7 years now it parked in !! It’s not too bad considering the price of it
