Lasted thru 2 San Antonio summers and this year it faltered. Water was seeping in, tie downs would hold up to the wing so all my pillows became mildewed and I noticed today a couple of rips in fabric

This product ripped right down the middle during a rainstorm. It is not heavy duty in fact it blows all over in the wind only stays put because of the buckles. It's not stiff so it collects pools of water so I would need to run out in the rain to lift it up to get the water off. When I reached out to customer service to get a refund or replacement because it tore (even though in the title it clearly says tear-resistant) they told me I was past the 30 days so they couldn't do anything.

Edit added! Cover leaked a little a few times when new. I blamed it on wind etc. It was in storage all winter, brought it out this spring and clearly full of pinholes when I held it up to light. First rain , sectional and pillows were soaked. I wasn't sure what would be done a year later. I was very appreciative and impressed that the seller responded and is replacing the cover with a new model over a year later.

Received it few days back to use it for outdoor patio set. It is so compact, water resistant, light weight. Best fit in size another thing I like to mention is the hooks in the bottom it doesn't fly even if its super windy outside. I do 100% recommend this product and sellers. It definitely increased the life spam of my outdoor furniture.

It's excellent quality and the buckles and handles are really smart additions to the cover. Easier to get on and off and once buckled down it won't blow out of position.
