Spray & Forget1-Quart Hose End Concentrated Roof Cleaner

Been using this stuff for years. I use it on my concrete driveway and front walkways which face north and get little to no sun. In the winter those areas get moss and algae growth and become very slippery. I spray this stuff with my tank sprayer at a mixture of 5 to 1 and just walk away. I have never rinsed it off and have had zero issues. This product does not work quickly for me. I would say it's at least 3 to 4 months before I see any results. I know that, I expect that, so no problems for me. I do not understand why there are statements on the container that imply otherwise?? For me, I Spray and Forget.

This product is a joke. I followed the directions, I saw it turn orange, and I saw no result. I did it a second time, and then a third time from the gallon concentrate I bought along with this sprayer. I even mixed it stronger, about 9 to 2 instead of 9 to 1. And the mold is still all over my roof. I achieved no result from using this. The rinse setting on the sprayer does seem to spray near 30 feet away, but the clean setting barely sprays 15 feet. Exactly how do you do a 2-story roof with that little power. And I was up on a 12 foot ladder to achieve better reach. Save your money, it did nothing for black mold on a roof.

Definitely works but if you have a large area that needs to be treated you would need several of these bottles. I had one small area that i had to treat over and over again so that small area required the entire bottle because one treatment wasnt enough.

I originally thought it didn’t work as the container said it will work immediately. I did not see any change for 6 months, but now we are a year later and my roof looks better than it had in years. Works great, be patient

This product was used on architectural shingles that are approximately 7 years old and are medium brown in color. There was a section of shingles that were beginning to discolor because of constant shading from a nearby tree. We followed all the manufacturers steps, but the discoloring did not go away. We applied the product twice.
