This dishwasher replaced a 13 year old one can't believe how much they have advanced. It is quieter than my old one, it has several programs to choose from everything comes out sparkling clean even on the shortest program, it is also so adaptable can fit so much in it, it's like the tardis lol only thing I was disappointed with was it only had a 2 year warranty I would have been happier if it had been a year 5 warranty

It worked perfect until the floater stopped the water flow working. Not worth to pay extra insurance,because I waited for more than two weeks to fixed. YouTube showed me a simple solution and it worked.

This dishwasher cleans really well and has quite a few useful programmes. All in all a good machine with excellent build quality. Great display. As with most dishwashers, quite easy to install in a standard kitchen undertop "gap". Considering the price, excellent value. But if I'm being picky, I would say it does have a few annoying but relatively minor issues: 1) the course filter is quite small and is easily blocked causing an error (really easy to clean it but the manual does not tell you how to clear the error so I have to restart the program from the beginning 2) the upper basket has some side "shelves" in common with most full size dishwashers) intended for small cups or to hold the base of a wine glass. But they never stay in place and regularly fall off. Thinking of using a tie wrap to keep them place... A really small issue in the grand scheme of things but very annoying!! 3) it has the ability to use hot water input - one of the big selling features for me but what the "adverts" fail to say is that this is only more economical if you have a system such as an oil burner rather than a gas combi-boiler otherwise it is probably cheaper to have the dishwasher heat the water.

Bought this to replace a brilliant 16 year old, Bosch dishwasher, that had finally given up the ghost. Bought this one, based on reviews across the web. Unfortunately it just doesn’t clean properly. We’ve tried every setting, adjusted everything, but still it won’t even get wet cat food off a fork. Also the tray layout is awful, things just don’t sit right on them. Thinking we must have got a faulty one we decided to contact their customer service. All they give you is a telephone number that nobody answers, even after hanging on forever! My advice is keep your money and look elsewhere.

I did my research and was totally overwhelmed with the choices. Finally went for the Hisense and cannot get over how good it is. Dishes sparkle and clean. Even egg is washed away. Inerior well designed and flexible, plenty of space. It cost less than my previous dishwasher whch has a great reputation but onlylasted two years. Love it. A bargain A year later and a fault develops, plates and glasses are spattered. It's still under guarantee but there is no customer service. Is it Amazon [they sold it] or Hisesnse [they made it] A game of ping pong develops whereby no one takes responslbity. As the buyer, I'm asked for more and more evidence. Photos, invoices, dates, all are made and broken. Only Amazon shows conceernr but they're not the engineers. Lesson learnt? Hisesnse should be chucked on the nearest tip and don't believe the propoganda

Great product. Was once again let down by the team delivering and installing. Didn’t turn up with any tools and then said they had to leave as they were running late with deliveries

quieter than previous dishwasher and quicker .one hour program instead of 90 minuites on previous dishwasher to get better results
