I don’t write a lot of reviews as it is not often I an blown away by a product. Recently upgraded my watch and wanted to get a screen protector for it. I went to my nearest “red circle” store. (Refraining from using actual names of other brands.) I purchased a [brand that ‘zigs just as much as it ____’] and it was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a product. They hide the actual screen protector in the packaging without marking it so I actually threw it away and thought I got ripped off and only got the tools to apply it. No instructions and it is NOT an intuitive application. I completely botched it. I paid $15 for ONE screen protector. It didn’t even last a week before falling off due to horrible application (which, I’ll explain why later, I now know it is not me that was the issue with application.)I ordered this because there were multiple and it was cheap with good reviews. I thought I could at least try again if I mess up. Now, I am only mentioning the previous brand as when I opened my package today from this brand, I noticed the exact same application system as the big name brand. (4 tabs that are pulled off at various steps.) This time, there are instructions on a website that you can find on the box.I was expecting a very similar issue as the big name brand but this is FLAWLESS. Followed the instructions and there’s not even a bubble. You can’t even see the protector is on there. Having done the same application method, I now know it’s not me that’s the issue, it’s the poor quality of the name brand version. (Step 4 the whole thing came off and instantly ruined the protector by wrinkling it.)I am sure this protector isn’t going to last forever and I expect it to fall off eventually. It’s very clear it’s a similar item meant to compete with the terrible name brand. They may even be the exact same source for all I know. But the value of this compared to the other is outstanding. Highly recommend.

For real, watch the installation video, otherwise you are gonna have a really hard time having these ones readyAlthough the installation is not easy, I really like how it looks and fits great in the 8 series

I started by watching the installation video...and wasted the first screen saver trying to follow the instructions. So I watched again, being careful, halting it at each step...and that was hopeless.So I just peeled off the stickers and carefully stuck the screen saver on the watch, using the cardboard squeegee to force out the bubbles. That worked great. No bubbles, no dust, just a really nice screen protector that is practically invisible.

I got it thinking it was a tempered glass not reading the description completely but it’s like a gelly plastic protector that easily catches in things and rips.

this is one of the most clever forms of installation/application i've ever seen for a screen protector. It's fool-proof and goes on perfect every time. You do it in steps, and for each step there's a little part of the backing that comes off, so you're never taking all of it off at once and risking getting any crap on there. Once you get the hang of it the rest is gravy. With that said, that's the only good thing about these screen protectors. They're JUNK. Like, seriously... junk. The corners take one little bump and they tear, they bubble up randomly, the edges tatter randomly and i'm just glad there's eight in the pack because im replacing these at a rate of 2-3 a week. and that's no lie. I'm not even too rough with my watch... i work in an office for goodness sake. Yeah, i go hiking and do a lot of outdoor stuff, but i'm not blindly stumbling through the brush with my hands in front of my face or anything that would cause these to get SO torn up so quickly. I'm going to just invest in one of those glass screen protectors or one of the paint on ones, because these are consistently garbage.
